Osage Dental

I am questioning if I should go back to Osage dental since Dr Walter’s left. I got charged incorrectly for service not performed and had to call multiple times to correct. The doctor said he would call me back after reviewing my. X-rays on a course of treatment and I never heard back. Getting a 2nd opinion as I am wondering if he was being honest about the fillings needed. What a waste of insurance and now I have to wait to see another provider. Watch out also - I had to remind the hygienist that she missed half of my cleaning but at least she fixed went back and everything was nice and clean.

Dr. Henson and staff were great! They explained everything they were doing and put me at ease. I would recommend Osage Dental to anyone looking for a good dentist.

The hygienist was very thorough with cleaning our teeth. Was truly disappointed in not being notified Dr. Wolter had retired. We appreciated her as our family dentist for more than 30 years. Was surprised we were not visited by the new dentist during our recent appointment.

I feel like I have always received excellent care at Osage dental, and my most recent visit was no different. I wish I had been able to thank Dr Wolter for the excellent care she provided me. I have not been introduced to the new dentist, so I have no opinion concerning care from this dentist.

This is the first time I’ve met with Dr. Henson. He’s very personable. I asked about something I thought I might need and he didn’t try to capitalize on it to make more money by saying he didn’t think I needed it at this time. My only disappointment is he didn’t check my neck or tongue for possible problems the way my last Dr did.
