Orthodontics Specialty

Our experience was great when they were located in Bellevue. Since moving to Council Bluffs the service is horrible, they over book, and when I send my child who’s 18 in alone they overlook her for other patients who come in after her. We’ve sat for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions before being seen. Once in back it’s another 20 minutes before the doctor actually gets to them. I called them over a week ago to see if and when my child’s next appointment is scheduled for, and when she’s able to get her braces removed (it’s been over 2 years)I didn’t get an answer so I left a voicemail…needless to say I have yet to get a phone call back. So I called again today and what do you know..no answer again! I left another voicemail just waiting to see if I’ll hear back or not. I have been very displease with the lack of customer service and communication. My youngest child now needs braces and I WILL NOT be returning to receive services from this office.

Dr Tony and his staff are awesome! Everyone is friendly and very helpful. My son’s teeth look great after his braces. I recommend Dr. Tony to all my friends and family.

Always very remindful.. and answer every question that gets brought up. No doubts are left in my mind when they are handling the mouth of my child ?

My teeth were stubborn but the staff at Orthodontics Specialty were patient and gave me an amazing smile. I was treated with great care and respect by every member of Dr. Tony’s team.I would highly recommend Dr. Tony for any orthodontic needs

My daughter use to be so scared of the dentist and is no longer due to them!! They are amazing and very patient!!
