LOOVE DR GABBI! she’s always so kind and informative, and listens to concerns! Her front desk receptionist is sooo sweet as well, she always has me checked in when I come through the door! So glad I went with Orthodontics Exclusively!❤️

My daughter is out of her “retention period” after having braces removed. Her retainer was damaged. She was told to hold on to her tooth mold, as any retainers would be cheaper down the road. Well that retainer got damaged and she needed a new one. She called and they scheduled her to come by with mold. She wasn’t even there 10 min. They charged her $165 for retainer and a $90 office visit! I understand the retainer, but office visit??? She wasn’t even seen. They hand you your retainer and say, does that fit? That’s $90! I called and talked to office manager who says “sorry if you weren’t told how much it would cost before you came. But that’s how we usually charge.” So we were out $255 for a flimsy plastic soft retainer. Joke. I’ve been going to Dr. Shannon since he started out of college. My entire family has gone to him. But the desire for the almighty $ is higher than the customer service. So disappointed. **I’m updating my review. I called back and left a message for Dr.Shannon to call me back, as I was dissatisfied with the customer service. I received a call back from a girl saying she reviewed my account and it doesn’t look like my daughter was really seen my anyone, so they would refund the $90 office visit. Although I am glad they did the right thing (hence the rating moved up to 3 stars), I’m still disappointed that I had to call to try to speak to doc directly to get anything done. (Never did speak to him) Dr. Shannon is great, always has been. Just wonder about some of the business choices made and squeezing as many $ as possible out of each family, and we probably wouldn’t complain if the staff was great, instead of rude at the front desk. The girl who did the retainer mold etc, sweetest person ever! ? she was great.

I got my braces put on by them and it was very expensive. You would think your getting excellent service with the price we have to pay. Months after completing treatment, my permanent retainer broke from simply eating a chicken dinner, nothing to hard even. There solutions was to charge me $350 to have it removed or $400 to have it replaced. They have a big building that is nice and must make rent payments monthly. That is why they over charge and try to make you come in for constant visit that aren't need. TO GET YOUR MONEY! You can save a lot of money going elsewhere and that is what I would recommend.

They are all amazing here! Kind, understanding, willing to listen and answer our questions in a non-judgmental manner. Our kid isn’t perfect in her braces care, even though we are on top of her, and they understand and give her grace but don’t sugarcoat anything and don’t give her any slack. I highly recommend!!

Rosie,Fergie, Trasey and Dr. Gabby were really great. As soon as i sat in each 9f their chairs, each one of them s made me feel so very comfortable. They all are great. Shannon was a sure fire win as she had the warmest smile and hospitality.
