Overall they did a good job and kind staff. After 8 years my negative experience came towards the end. The day I got my braces off the orthodontist asked if I had a new dentist yet, which I did not because I had become uninsured. I had been calling places for months, but no luck. She didn’t seem to hear me and just emphasized how important a dentist is to have…(I’m very aware of their importance) I felt embarrassed. This was a short interaction, but clearly left an impression on me.

I relocated and wanted to transfer my treatment. After I finished my last appointment on 1/11/2024. I went to the front desk and asked the lady if I could get all xray images as a record. At the same time, I asked the lady if I should change my address in their system. The lady said I didn’t need to because I would be reached out before they refund me. Actually I didn’t receive any call or emails regarding the refund. On 3/2/2024, I logged in to the system and noticed that they sent a check to my old address. (They knew I relocated and wanted to transfer the treatment.) I waited more than a month and called several times. I was told today that I need pay extra fee for issuing the check for their errors (I was told not to change my address by the front desk lady). I would file a complaint to Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection to report this issue. UPDATE: After reviewing, I was called by the manager from the business office. She spent more than 40 minutes to blame me on not changing address (I was told by her employee that they would contact me before they refund.). She kept saying I was lying. During the conversation, she even said because I left this review, she should stop this refund. (Of course she changed her expression after that and would not admin this.)

Had full course of adult treatment with Dr. K, Fall 2020 - Spring 2023. Originally referred by my general dentist due to the result of an accident leaving me unable to close my jaw correctly. Overall, the entire process, from initial intake and imaging, through financial options, placing the braces on, treatment, removal, and now the retainer, has been overwhelmingly pleasant and positive. Appreciated the up-front pricing without any surprise charges later. Supportive staff seems genuinely eager to care. Very well-coordinated treatment plan with oral surgeon regarding a dental implant needed while the braces were on. Would strongly recommend if anyone ever asks me to recommend an orthodontist.

I'm very happy with the excellent care I received from Dr. Bird and his team. I had aligners for about 10 months, and the results are terrific! The process went very smoothly and I had great communication from them every step of the way. Five stars! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff here was amazing. I had an orthodontic emergency and they were so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Special thanks to Dr. McDermott and her team for fitting me in on such short notice. I had excellent service when I got braces here 20 years ago... And I got great service today with my permanent retainer. I recommend them for any orthodontic work you need!
