From when you enter his practice, you are greeted by a lovely lady, Anna, who welcomes you and lets the hygienist know you are there. Debbie is an amazing hygienist, and takes the time to explain what the equipment does that she uses on your teeth. I also love that she uses the numbing gel on my gums before she starts (per my request - you don’t necessarily need it). She also took extra time checking my teeth to make sure all the plaque was removed, which I appreciate greatly! I have never had such a detailed cleaning! And I am very picky about my teeth and how they are cleaned. And Dr. Kim is an exceptional dentist and person. Not only has he put 2 crowns on after root canals completed and replaced an old cavity with great care, he also took the time to do some research as to who was a good periodontist for gum graphing that would accept my insurance. Saving me the hassle of calling my insurance and getting the runaround that goes along with that. All in all a class A act at Ortega Cottage Dentistry. Highly recommended! Plus it is a beautifully decorated office and is very clean with the newest dental equipment too!"
