The waiting room was very comfortable and the receptionist was very friendly. The tour of the facility was a nice introduction. Orchard Meadows community involvement shows pride and appreciation for their clients. My hygienist was AMAZING. She made my experience feel very personal and made sure I was well informed. The personal suites and massage chair was over the top. Receiving a personalized note and gift bag from the dentist was a nice touch.

The building and office are very modern and clean as is the equipment they use. The personnel were all professional and each person [the receptionists, dental hygienists, doctor(s) etc. and all, performed their individual jobs with expertise. When my initial consultation appointment was coming to an end, the Patient Experience Coordinator, Heather, explained how my procedure and billing would take place. Going to the dentist I’ll admit is not as fun as going to the beach, but having healthy teeth is supremely important, and I feel at ease and that I’m in good hands with Orchard Meadows. Dr. Marc B.

Because of my dad’s appointment I am now a new member to have all my dental care done here. What are great group of nice caring people! Thank you!

They all made us feel comfortable & they were all very professional & so kind! My daughter was cold & they even gave her a blanket to bundle up in! Tvs on the ceiling & massaging chairs were way cool!! Great experience!!!
