They were so nice to my son! For an 8 year old learning the importance of dental care, they brought the positive energy we needed. And he was especially happy that they let him get snacks, drinks and toys after his visit.

It stands out from other more "standard" dental offices I've been to before. Working with Maureen as my Dental Hygienist, I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. She was always mindful of my comfort and was sure to answer any questions and offer detailed explanations. It was obvious she had my best interest, and experience, in mind. Working with Dr. Dierking was like talking with an old friend. She is kind, professional, and is caring not only for her patients, but also her staff. It's clear that teamwork is a big part of Orchard Dental's daily practice and it makes for an overall excellent patient experience. From the moment you enter the office, you are treated with respect and greeted with a genuine “we’re glad you’re here!” Once in the chair, my dental technician is friendly AND professional. She is very skilled and informative. Overall, an excellent experience.

This Dental Group is A+++ all around! EVERY staff member, obviously led by the amazing Dentists Drs. Kauls and Dierking are skilled clinicians, efficient, thorough, educators and have made me feel like a Queen...like a member of the family. I have never had so much fun at the dentist with Dr. Kauls and Kari and am SO happy with my new smile (at 72 years old!)...and Dr. Dierking and Sam were the same on my recent cleaning/checkup. It is no wonder that Dr. Kauls has been named a TOP DOC for several years in a row. They are truly SPECIAL!
