If you choose to dental braces here, Please pay attention to the working hours of the dentist. At present, I have been told that it is once a month (only one Tuesday per month). Please keep your contract and each payment record, and calculate it clearly in case they charge more. When my son was 17 years old, he started to dental braces here. At that time, I told them that the child was going to college in half a year, and I didn't know if it was possible. They said there was no problem. The doctor came one day every week and could change the appointment at any time. So I signed a $5,000 contract to get 1-year invisible dental braces here. But about half a year later, after my child began to go to college far away, their dentist changed to come once a month workday only. And only one Tuesday! This has brought us great trouble. My son has to drop his class and take train home for the appointment. Before the last treatment, I paid the full amount. At that time, it was repeatedly confirmed that I had paid all $5,000 without any other charges. When my son was 18 years old and came to see the doctor for the last time and get a final retainer, he was told that had to pay $350. My son told them that mom had paid in full already, but the front desk insisted that he needed it. They have records, but they refuse to check. So I had to ask them by myself. Finally, the front desk was willing to check the records. Luckily, they tell us that we really didn't have to pay anymore at last. This is my experience, so I don't recommend anyone to have their teeth braces here.

I love everything about Orangecrest Family Dental. Dr. Sheida Mohammadizadeh is amazing. She is very professional, gentle, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything. She is the best dentist I have ever had. The staff at the front office are very welcoming and helpful. Lucy is super nice. The office is beautiful, clean, and has a very calming atmosphere. I have recommended this office to my family and friends. I will not go anywhere else.

I've been going to Orangecrest family dental for a few years and I've never had a better experience at a dentist. From the receptionist(she's so sweet) to Dr. Sheida and her team you are treated like you're the most important patient. Everyone is professional and kind.

I was reluctant to go to the dentist for my routine cleaning due to COVID-19. But after my visit I felt relieved. The staff and the new Dr were amazing. I felt safe the whole time and the procedures were comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office. Thank you for taking care of your customers.

Dr Sheida is the Best Dentist in the world. I'm not a fan of the dentist and I'm always so scared to go but Dr. Shida was so gentle and nice. She did an amazing job and I didn't feel any pain at all, not once. She talked me through the whole process and was so gentle and sweet with me. I highly recommend Dr. Shida if you're looking for an amazing dentist.
