I would give 6 stars if I could! They squeezed me in for a same-day emergency appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and the nurses were personable. They explained everything before performing my procedure and made sure I knew all the post-op instructions. The doctor was knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend them!

The staff is very friendly and I was excited about getting extractions that are desperately needed. They squeezed me in for a consultation and I explained the issues I’m having and the pain is relentless. The surgeon told me if it were his wife, those teeth would be out today! I explained I have insurance and would be able to pay for the services within a few weeks. I just need help today! He said we can make that happen… then a financial consultant came in and said with my insurance, I would have to pay nearly $700 now to get the teeth removed! I responded with the surgeon said… I was met with it’s our policy! If you’re sick or hurt and need to go to the hospital, you’re treated, released and billed… why is the dental profession not held to the same standard? Why would a medical professional allow someone to suffer when they can do something about it? Is there no code of ethics?? This is inhumane and cruel… this is the third dentist that has told me the same thing… This is what Google says: Is it unethical for a dentist to refuse to extract teeth because of payment? Yes, it's unethical for a dentist to refuse to extract a tooth without a sound clinical reason. This violates the ethical principle of non-maleficence, which means "don't cause harm". So…

Experience was good. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Pitts was thorough, informative, and I felt at relief about a course of action. The wait time wasn’t long. Super clean, spacious, perfect parking just love it. Thank you all for everything.

My daughter had extractions today. Everyone was SO KIND! I don't write very many reviews, but this was so a 5 star experience for us (especially her)! The male nurse (didn't catch his name) that did her IV & brought her out of surgery was probably the kindest person I've ever met. ☆☆☆☆☆

Everyone was very personable! Dr. Z has a great chairside manner and is very good at his job. My tooth fought back but he won for both our sakes…..Lol THANKS EVERYONE!!

Receptionist were super welcoming; oral surgeon was very friendly and easy to ask questions! The nurse was phenomenal and made me feel comfortable going into my wisdom teeth removal! Would definitely recommend this location for my other friends!

I am almost 7 months post op double jaw surgery and have healed up nicely. I can’t thank Dr. Zacharias and his team enough! Jaw surgery changed my life. OSI is the best for anything jaw related. Thank you for your time and consideration throughout my whole surgery process!
