I just had my first visit to this office, and immediately commented to friends and colleagues that it is easily the most professional and client-focused medical practice that I’ve encountered anywhere in Maine. It takes a high degree of care and attention to be that good—very impressive!

This practice is amazing from the time you check in to the aftercare. I received such quality care and felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure ( i had to have an extraction) the Dr and hygienist explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable After the procedure a full explanation of how to treat the area and what to expect after They also follow up daily to make sure im doing well I highly recommend Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates

I appreciated that other dentists were covering for Dr. Zajkowski and I didn’t need to reschedule my tooth extraction. Dr. MacCarthy did an excellent job of extracting my tooth without any pain. The dental tech was very pleasant and her conversation with me was a nice distraction while waiting for the numbing to “marinate” as Dr. MacCarthy said. I had a very excellent experience.

This was our second trip here and these folks have it down to a science when it comes to processing patients. Additionally the entire staff is very pleasant and genuinely interested in making sure all your needs are met. Pricing very competitive. In this case they were willing to take me in for an emergency extraction when six other places said I would have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. If you need what they are providing I would highly recommend.

So…great! Everyone from front desk,amazingly friendly. To the nurses that helped along the way , so comforting and supportive. And the oral surgeon, can’t say enough totally connected and comforted our daughter, absolutely would recommend this place ! Dr. Jacobson and his staff are just the best. He is just the best clinician I have had to extractions and both went smoothly with zero pain. The first one I had anesthesia but didn't with the second and it was a piece of cake. This last treatment was placing an implant. Same as the extraction. Quick and easy and pain free. The assistants are all so sweet and kind. I highly recommend.

Dr. Matthew Lawler is AWESOME! He was gentle and reassuring removing my tooth very efficiently. Best dental appointment I've ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Lawler for your specialist dental needs. The staff were great too, very friendly with attention to detail.

Yesterday I went to an office in Scarborough to have a root canal procedure, but my tooth was cracked more than expected and needed to be removed. The two offices worked seamlessly to assist me and OSA gave me an appointment in the afternoon. My tooth was extracted and my pain was gone. I am so grateful to OSA. Everyone was incredibly professional, supportive, and personable. I highly recommend this practice.
