I was a patient from 2018 until today. In my time with them I’ve shown up for appt’s only to be told I don’t have an appt. even though I have a text confirmation, I’ve cried in the chair one time because I just wanted someone to explain to me all steps that needed to be done aka a treatment plan (this was after asking for this repeatedly), and today I showed up to have a few things taken care of but was told that wasn’t what they were doing because that isn’t what the front desk scheduled. I was also told the dentist who started my procedure had to finish it which is complete bs because when I called to schedule they asked if I cared who I saw. I said I did not. They were just trying to cover for their mistake of not scheduling what I asked for. So, I asked for my refund and records and left. I am completely disgusted with their lack of empathy, disorganization and horrible customer service. They need to employ competent front desk staff that actually listen to the patient when they call to make an appt. or even better actually take a moment to look at the patients chart that should be readily available to them which will confirm what the patient needs. If you have time to waste and enjoy being completely aggravated then this is the office for you. They get one star only because my hygienist was always very nice and professional.

If I could give this dentist practice a negative score, I would. They are extremely deceiving and unethical. I went to the practice to get my teeth cleaned and to get my crown fixed , I was told by hygienist Vicky that I had to get a deep cleaning because my teeth have periodontal disease. After explaining to her that I had my teeth deep clean 3 years ago and I didn't have the money for the new deep cleaning her attitude changed and said that I couldn't get my teeth regularly clean because she would lose her license. I then angrily insisted that they just clean my teeth and she told me that I couldn't get it done without signing a waiver and that I really needed the deep cleaning because she smelled periodontal disease when I walked into her office. After getting no resolved I told her I just wanted my crown fixed and she told me that the doctors were busy and I could wait ,I then went to call my wife and explain to her what had happened and she said I would have to wait in the waiting room .This practice is very unprofessional and I was left to feel insulted, I will never go there again..

Avoid this dentist. They can’t manage simple billing inquiries. I’ve had a small outstanding balance for a few months now due to them changing their TIN and it messing up insurance billing. I keep getting texts for the amount due even though they’ve reassured me they are clearing up the issue. They’ve reassured me in person that they are resolving the matter; however I just received a final notice text that they are sending me to collections. Terrible customer service.

This location got me back right on time for my appointment! My hygienist Vinni was wonderful, she did such a detailed cleaning and was informative the whole way through. Dr. Blackhurst was kind and informative for his exam as well. I wish I had come sooner before I have to move away!

Such a great first experience for my two year old. Rebecca got her to sit for a FULL cleaning! Rebecca, Dr. Smith, and the entire staff are super friendly and welcoming, and my kids really enjoy going to see them.
