I had an incredible experience here after LOTS of nerves and initial anxiety. Antoinette who is a dental assistant here was with me every step of the way and helped me feel so comfortable and safe. Having my wisdom teeth removed seemed like it was going to be a tough experience but with the care and time they took to help me, my healing process has been so much easier than expected. I would come back again and highly recommend ?

Great office team and after care nurses. I just wish I could have been with my daughter in the back before and after her extraction. Especially in recovery. But maybe they keep parents out for a reason. But she’s was treated wonderfully by nurses. Also loved their after hours answering service. They were able to contact the dentist when I had a concern and was able to speak to him. So thankful.

Oral & Facial Surgery of New Mexico has done a wonderful job of setting a high standard for this type of special care. The office is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very professional and polite. They make you feel very welcome and cared for as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Heiner is very knowledgeable and takes his time with his patients. He has a wonderful beside manner that will put you at ease before any procedure. We 1000% will recommend Dr. Heiner and his team.

They were fantastic. Very attentive, they made my daughter feel very comfortable. In and out very fast! She had no post op issues at all, and the staff called multiple times over the next week to check in and see how she was doing. Would definitely recommend going here.

Very disappointed with this office. As someone with no insurance and can’t afford high balances. I asked for an exception to payment plans but they offered me no help and quoted me from 850-5,000. I don’t have that kind of money just sitting around. My wisdom tooth is affecting my facial nerve and livelihood and they offer no support or help.
