Completely exceeded my expectations! Got a 60 min whitening from Groupon for about $80! My tech, Michelle, was amazing. Before the whitening I told her my concerns about some weird staining and she polished them and even got the doc to look to make sure we weren’t missing anything weird. She made me feel super comfortable. And my smile looks AMAZING! I’ll definitely be coming back :)

The staff is always so friendly and they always make me feel comfortable. They’re also really good at providing me with great advice on how to take care of my teeth after I leave their office! Nothing but great things to say about One Dental.

I had a fantastic experience at the dentist. I was immediately put at ease with the thorough explanation of my procedure. I was a little apprehensive about the process. Both my Specialist and the Dr were Great!!! We were able to laugh, I was put at ease and for me, it turned into a fantastic experience at the Dentist..

Edited: The fact that the response is so long shows I hit a nerve and clearly missed my point of Not for profit. I understand businesses and staff need to be paid. I feel I must change my review as it reflected the previous owner. Medical/Dental should never be for profit as it reduces the quality of care. It feels to me as this place has really jumped on the greed train as most places have. In my 37 years I have never been up sold on a service at a dentist office and then told that I can finance that service. The audacity to think that I would even have to finance is beside the point. I spoke with one of the dentists and he told me that some people prefer an aggressive approach to their care. As a dentist, you should understand that majority of your patients have major anxiety even stepping foot in the door. You should lead with care, compassion and a genuine want to help your patients, not with money signs in your eyes. I'm more disappointed because now I have to find a new office when the previous owner fit every check box that I had.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you. Still not having any discomfort. Yay!!!. I have had a couple different procedures done in the past couple of weeks and no complaintsor discomfort. Transitioning from from Dr Macks has not been easy for me but I am feeling better and better each visit. The staff are great and I like how we'll they support each other and the awesome friendliness and care they demonstrate to help you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Love the diversity!!!
