I got my braces off from Omaha Orthodontics about 3 years ago and my teeth are looking amazing! Everyone here is super kind and helpful! They really care about their patients and provide exceptional care!

My daughter was absolutely blown away by the friendliness, cleanliness, and overall welcoming feeling at Omaha Orthodontics. We both felt very taken care of, listened to, and enjoyed the calming welcoming room with snacks, drinks, and iPads!

Omaha Orthodontics is an exceptional company! They've been very thorough with my son's orthodontic plan, cost, and timeline. All the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. We could not be more pleased with choosing orthodontists to straighten my son's teeth!

I started my treatment yesterday and was as impressed as I was for my initial consult. I read the social media posts and love the atmosphere! Everyone genuinely seems to love working at Omaha Orthodontics and enjoys what they do. I am a little (ok, a lot) older than the average patient and became emotional when I saw the animated video of how my smile will look at the end of my treatment. My daughter’s smile is quickly improving with her braces thanks for Omaha Orthodontics. The doctors and the assistants are always very helpful and kind. The only thing I would change is their reminder system as they will send 3-4 reminders via text and email asking for you to confirm, even if you already confirmed. Otherwise, great place and people.

It’s Always something with this place. I have had several friends and family spend their money here. The retainers they make always break. They switches it to only 2 a year. I contacted them to let them know I was relocating and wanted to get my 2 retainers. They obliged but then I received a text saying I cannot receive 2. Only 1. They don’t account for missed retainers. Once again another new policy. They never said it had to be 6 months. I have a 10 year warranty and they are trying to prevent me from getting what is rightfully mine: Spent THOUSANDS of $$ here and they don’t want honor my retainers. Also pulled up today to drop off and they were all standing at the door . As soon as I park they all leave. I hate that I gave them my hard earned money.

We had a great appointment with Omaha Orthodontics! They were very friendly when we walked in and very kind and understanding when we did X-rays and photos. I got great feedback from the hygienist and doctor and understood the outcomes and treatment plan perfectly. Overall a great experience, I'd definitely recommend them!
