Fantastic service and people! They even gave me an aftercare bag with everything you could think of, even a recipe book and chapstick. I highly recommend their services. Thank you, Dr. O'Brien and staff for the phenomenal care you provided!

We were told to be here at 0640 for my son’s 0700 appointment. We were told if we were late we would be cancelled and rescheduled (That’s actually understandable). Of course we were here a few minutes prior to 0640 and then waited until 7 for the staff to unlock the doors. I asked about why their emails and message said to be here 20 minutes before opening? I was told to make sure we were not late. I understand the value of the clinics time, but it’s pretty frustrating for them to knowingly tell us to show up and sit outside of their locked doors for 20 minutes. This policy needs to be changed.

Good afternoon Nothing personal to the office staff, but it was the worst experience we have been through. We called twice to make sure everything was ready before the surgery and it was documented in our account and it was a mess. Nothing went right from check in, all the way to prescriptions getting called in on time. We can not recommend their services. Sorry.

I went in to get all of my wisdom teeth removed and was pretty anxious about it due to my social anxiety. However, every interaction I had at the clinic made the experience much easier to handle. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. Now it’s day two of recovery, and I have no bruising or swelling on my face from the extractions. A big thank you to everyone at the clinic for what they do!

Excellent experience: Excellent facility staff and doctor the procedure was fast, smooth and successful. All staff were professional, gentle and responsive.
