I visited Old Dominion Family Dental for the first time recently, and my experience was great! Sarah did a very thorough cleaning (probably the most thorough I’ve ever had), explaining everything she did throughout the whole visit. Dr. Freeman was personable and honest. Highly recommend becoming a patient here!

Love love Sara who is very gently with my sensitive spots, which she remembers, although everyone in this office is absolutely awesome. Always quick to pull me back to get my appointment completed. I have spent a lot of money on my teeth in the past, this office now takes care of my teeth so I do not have to go through that again.

Dr. Freeman and staff are very welcoming. There care and concern for our elderly family member is Great! She felt at ease and I know she is being well care for. Professional staff and very understanding Team. Thank you all!!

We moved to Richmond and my husband was tasked with finding a new dental practice for our family of 5. I knew the moment I went there and was warmly greeted by Rebecca that he made a great choice. The hygienist (sarah) was friendly, thorough and had some great tips for us. The doctors (Dr Freeman And Dr.Smadi) were excellent, taking the time to go over everything and answer my questions. My 12 year old daughter was getting her teeth cleaned too and after said “they were so nice & gentle”. ?????

This was my first visit with Old Dominion Family Dental. I was very pleased with my visit the hygentist and dentist were very pleasant and made my experience free from any anxiety. Would definitely recommend.
