Olathe Dental Care Center

Here is my wonderful new dental home. Laura on the phone and front desk was very helpful with coordinating insurance and giving me travel directions. Kim, my hygienist, was disarmingly charming and knowledgeable. She was exactingly thorough while, at the same time, extremely gentle. The doctor made me feel comfortable and heard. He came ready to offer any assistance without pushing me.

Cannot recommend this place more. I had to switch dentists because my previous one would no long take work with my insurance company. Didn't think I needed to deal with it until another few months down the line when my cleaning was due, but the tooth that broke while flossing had different plans. Emily, the office manager, was able to squeeze me in that day and worked with me to confirm that they were in my insurance network and to make sure that anything that came out of pocket was well-communicated and discussed beforehand. Dr. Barsetti was very polite and professional, and make quick work of the filling, also working between other patients to make sure they were well-attended. Will definitely be going to this office for the foreseeable future. Or at least until they dump my insurance company too, which after dealing with them today, I can't say I'd blame them. ?

I have loved our experience at Olathe Dental Care from Erica at the front desk/office management to cleaning with Kim and check up with Dr. Barsetti. Ericais so kind and accommodating every time I speak with her. Kim is so knowledgeable in explaining exactly what she is doing, thorough, and meticulous in my cleaning, while also personable, checking in to make sure I’m comfortable, and easy to engage with. Dr. Barsetti is incredibly knowledgeable, he’s always been able to explain everything I’ve asked incredibly well, and never rushes. They are all so good with my toddler too, and make sure he has a great experience, with a fun toothbrush and a toy on the way out as well. Highly recommend!

I searched for a dentist to do a routine cleaning and chose Olathe Dental because they were near the area I lived. I was unusually surprised when they told me the dentist, himself, was going to clean my teeth! The hygienist said he liked doing it, and helps out when he can. That gave me a good feeling of the type of people who work there. The dentist did great job! I will be back, and highly recommend them.

Dr. Barsetti is the best dentist I have ever had. He and his staff are kind, gentle, non-judgmental and so affordable. I actually had a great experience going to the dentist. Who knew!!!
