I’ve always been satisfied with the work of the dentists and those working with them during procedures. Prior to 2020, the support staff and reception area experience was also pleasant. However, it has since noticeably declined. This is evidenced by multiple encounters with rude staff both over the phone and in-person. During my last visit, the door was locked and I had to wait for someone to exit to enter. (It was not lunchtime.) When I approached the counter, I was ignored by the staff person who wasn’t on the phone and when the other staff member ended their phone call, I had to wait for her to complain to her colleague about the client before she acknowledged my presence. Later, when I needed to reschedule an appointment, she proved shockingly rude and inflexible. That was ultimately the final straw and I’ve found a dental office with both competent dentists and pleasant, supportive staff.

I've been to A LOT of dentists, and this office is the absolute best care I have ever experienced. They explain everything as they are doing it, are sensitive about what the patient is experiencing during the process, and are up-front about options for methods and cost-impact for each.

I went into Okun Dentistry today for the first time for a cleaning and dental exam. From the start I was impressed by all the staff, they were kind and caring. The dental assistant explained step by step what she was going to do and then carefully followed through. The dentist was Jeff Styskal. He was very thorough. It turns out that I had an infection above one of my front teeth. He carefully explained the options and gave me his opinion about which one to do. I felt confident that his assessment was correct. I worked with Ellen, the manager, to find someone to do the work. She took care of all the details and explained the costs to me carefully. I highly recommend this dental practice if you are interested in working with competent, skillful and caring individuals.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Every staff member is helpful and kind. The hygienists do an immaculate job of cleaning, and also always ensure the patients are comfortable. All the dentists are wonderful as well, and they truly care about your well-being.

Myself and my entire family have been going to Okun Dentistry for about 40 years. There our only dentist there family.

I visited Okun Dentistry for the first time in 1995. I knocked out my two front teeth. I needed crowns and a root canal in one of them. They fixed my teeth and I still have the same crowns 30 years later. They obviously do solid work and I wanted to thank them for it.

I went to Okun a few times from 2023-2024. The service was great. The surgeries I received were high quality. The dentists there are very professional, careful and nice staff.
