Oklahoma Dental Implants & Oral Surgery

Absolutely horrible experience. I saw the other reviewer who said they deemed her a "no show" for arriving at her appointment on time, because they expected her to be early even though she had filled out her paperwork online prior to her appointment through the Doctor's link. I also filled out my paperwork online and it did clearly say to arrive 20 minutes early only if you had NOT already filled out your paperwork. I arrived a few minutes early then ended up sitting in the office waiting room for well over a half hour then the examination room for 15+ more minutes. Apparently they only care about their own time. They had zero respect for me and my time. However, I am also a professional and my time is valuable as well. My wait time equated monetarily to double the amount they charged me for my consultation. I almost deducted their bill from my hourly fee for the additional time I spent waiting over the industry standard. By my calculations they actually owe me money. It also made me feel like if they can't even manage time, what kind of attention to their patients and their surgical skills are they going to have? I definitely didn't trust the doctor enough to let him do surgery on me, because he didn't seem to have enough skills to even manage his own office. By the time he came in I was frustrated & had pretty much decided that I would go somewhere else.

Dr Brooks was professional with my dental implant and grafting. When we had an unexpected situation, he was knowledgeable and caring how to resolve. I appreciated his personal follow up to check on me. His assistants were skilled and compassionate. His front receptionists were friendly and called to give an option to move appointment earlier if there were cancellations.

I have had 3 total tooth extractions and implants in the past with other oral surgeons. This was my 4th extraction and Dr. Brooks is by far the best! I had no pain, no swelling, and very little bleeding. Past extractions have left me throwing up because of massive blood, excessive swelling where I couldn’t leave the house, and extreme pain. NONE of these symptoms happened with Dr Brooks due to his precise extraction method. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Brooks to anyone who needs a skillful oral surgeon!

Thank you Dr. Miller and his staff for two incredible wisdom teeth surgeries of my kids. We really had a great experience with the service we received. Highly recommend this office to anyone.

I've never experienced such cold, dismissive and uncaring behavior from a medical office. I've worked in the medical field for over 20 years in administration and I'm now a nurse, and I would NEVER treat anyone the way they just treated me. My appointment was at 2:30. I arrived at 2:30 and I was told that she "no-showed" me because I didn't show up 20 minutes before my appointment. The (excessive) reminder texts I received in the week leading up to my appointment had a link to patient forms to fill out online, which I did. The text messages SPECIFICALLY SAID "if you cannot complete these forms, please arrive 20 min early" Now why would I assume that I still needed to show up BEFORE my appointment time when I already filled these forms out?! How can you say I was a NO SHOW when I was standing right there at my scheduled appointment time? Did the dentist have something better to do at 2:30pm when he was supposed to be doing my consult? I would never recommend this place to anyone, if you want to feel any sort of respect or care at all. Disgusting and shameful.
