Okamoto and Bigley Dentistry

Im never a fan of finding a new Doctor / Dentist etc. After arriving from the east coast, a friend recommended Dr Bigley at Okamoto. I was hesitant at first per usual but decided to give it a try. This was 7 years ago. Aside from them having the latest and greatest equipment, Dr Bigley and staff actually care. They have taken a personal interest in my dental health and overall wellness. For anyone looking for a higher level of dental care, customer service, and overall amazing work, I highly recommend this group.

The team at Okamoto Dentistry is without parallel in my experience of dental care. They stay current with science and safety protocols, they invest in their practice and in their patients' health and well being, and the service experience they create is second to none. I have been a patient there for 24+ years and have recommended them to friends, family, clients and colleagues and always they have received rave reviews and I have received expressions of appreciation for the healthcare tip. You simply cannot do better than to trust your dental health to the team at Okamoto Dentistry.

I neglected my dental health over the pandemic and really didn’t want to go back to my previous dentist because I knew they would lay a big guilt trip on me. I was recommended to Okamoto Dentistry by a good friend and I can’t say enough good things. I see Dr. Bigby and he is just wonderful. I had to have two cavities filled and he managed to make the process absolutely painless. Everyone else in the office, from the staff at the front desk to the hygienists, is wonderful as well. I don’t dread the dentist anymore!

It was so nice to go back to Okamoto Dentistry. Due to work, picking up children from school and traffic, a few years back, I tried dentist offices that were closer to home. I never found an office that met the high standards of Okamoto Dentistry. Okamoto Dentistry provides the professionalism that puts me to ease. I know my teeth are in good hands there. I can trust their diagnosis of my teeth. The office is clean, with state of the art equipment. The staff is kind and friendly. I already recommended that my sister visit this office. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Geri fixed my problem in 5 minutes that the USC dental Faculty Practice could not fix over several months, several appointments and with severe mouth soreness. Also, the front office staff is kind, friendly and efficient as is the case with Dr. Geri. Their diagnostic equipment is first rate in their overall equipment and processes are modern. This is a dream, dental practice, don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of becoming a patient.

I've been a patient of Okamoto Dentistry for 30+ years. The original Dr. Robbin Okamoto retired several years ago which I was sad about as he was a great dentist and a good person. That said, he left his practice to his daughter-in-law Dr. Geri Okamoto to run and she is wonderful too. They both have a gentle touch and make skittish dental patients like me feel as comfortable as possible during treatments. My hygienist Donna is also very thorough and gentle and the office staff is friendly and efficient. Everyone there seems to enjoy their jobs and work environment so the patients feel comfortable as well. I'd recommend Okamoto Dentistry to anyone!
