My child had an appointment today to get medical clearance for sports. It took time to get an appointment and they then had to reschedule the time due to the doctor leaving early. I accepted an earlier appointment which I had to send my sister to take my child to her appointment that could not be missed and Dr. FRITZI TANNER refused to sign the form as she failed my child's eye exam. My child is 5 y/o and she gave her an exam with letters. When told that my daughter does not quite know all of her letter yet the doctor said well she should know her letters. The doctor was unethical, rude, and insulting. I tried speaking with them over the phone and was told they cant speak with me and after the visit the told my sister they did not know she was not the parent (After the visit was completed). Then when you try to call the practice to make the report you have to wait in line until someone decides to answer the phone. I requested a call back as I was #3 in line and a hour later it's still no call back. I've called several times and still can not get in contact with anyone. My 3 children will no longer be patients of this practice and I will be escalating this matter.
Was waiting at front desk for 40 minutes when I needed to see a doctor immediately, was told receptionist was on lunch and will be back in 30 minutes. Called to see what was going on, lady on the phone said the front desk shouldn’t be left unattended and that someone should be there covering
The receptionists are very rude and do not know how to treat patients kindly.
If i could give zero stars I would. My recent medical issues with the gynecology department is completely neglected. I’m not sure if it’s the negligence of staff, doctor, lack of communication or all of the above but their business is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve called and messaged my Gyno about a serious medical concern I’ve been experiencing and requesting another ultrasound script… All she had to do was review my request, and resend a new script to the same fax number. That’s it. I should not have to wait two weeks for a simple response from my gynecologist. Plus waiting 15-30 mins on the phone is frustrating and they will never give you a call back… I’m at the point where I may have to go to the ER. Do not I repeat do not trust these gynecologists if you take your health seriously.
SO UNPROFESSIONAL. they have the worlds worse receptionists!!! patients are waiting and all they do is gossip about their outside lives and curse out loud in spanish and english while talking about high school as if they’re still teens. this is considered highly unprofessional and it’s disappointing. when holding a convo they talk very unprofessionally towards patients. what’s more is that the employees are always late and love to interrupt conversations. they’re always so understaffed but i could see why. i mean who would want to work at such a unprofessional place? what a shame. i doubt they check cameras to see how these receptionists really act
