Ocean Dental

I never leave reviews because I’m not the complainer and I try to stay positive but the customer service from the girls at the front desk was too much to handle and I hope nobody else has to take the abuse those girl gave me! Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I had to reschedule my appointment for a week later because the office staff didn’t show up and when they were finally able to see me they never cleaned my teeth and charged me $50.00. Because of the rude staff I don’t want to go back to get my teeth cleaned and now I’m out that money and now I have to pay full price because they claimed it through insurance. The only thing they did was take X-rays and that a good 45 minutes. I’m pretty sure it was her first time taking X-rays.

OMGosh! So nice .. the staff were so kind and friendly ?. My teeth were ✔️ checked and cleaned in a quick flash... ⚡ This place is so awesome ?... Come ? see for yourselves ?.. You will surely leave with a bigger better smile ?.

I was charged $232.00, they took x-rays and gave me a referral. That was it!!! They wouldn’t even clean my teeth because they didn’t have a dental hygienist and they refused to refund any of my money… what a joke!!! Don’t go there unless you enjoy throwing money away!

PLEASE protect your children and do not send them here to to any other ocean dental here. They did a root canal on the wrong tooth on an 8 year old because they don’t allow parents to go back with them. This is the 2nd issue. The 1st time they said he was getting a filling and he came back with a capped tooth and they wanted to sign the consent form after the fact.

Staff I talked to on the phone was demeaning. Dentist told me different things at my two appointments. Then they were gonna bill me 4k for a procedure that was covered but needing pre-determination. Overall bad experience and lack of professional here. Also they need to clean the area where patients are seen better .

Came in for an office visit for cleaning , here’s an general idea for ocean dental: please have your front desk staff wear scrubs or professional attire, the back desk lady was literally wearing a hoodie, that’s a bit tacky for an office setting also there is a major scheduling problem I’ve always had appointments at 3:00pm or 4:00pm, why is this not timeframe anymore??? It’s sad that this office will not accommodate the patients anymore when it comes to timeframe of appointments, sounds like the office wants to either close early or get off right at closing time.
