Came in for an office visit for cleaning , here’s an general idea for ocean dental: please have your front desk staff wear scrubs or professional attire, the back desk lady was literally wearing a hoodie, that’s a bit tacky for an office setting also there is a major scheduling problem I’ve always had appointments at 3:00pm or 4:00pm, why is this not timeframe anymore??? It’s sad that this office will not accommodate the patients anymore when it comes to timeframe of appointments, sounds like the office wants to either close early or get off right at closing time.
