Absolutely the worst dentist experience I’ve ever had. It was a few months ago. I don’t leave reviews but this has been eating at me and I will be contacting insurance company and corporate because my teeth were not cleaned. THIS LADY RUBBED MY TEETH WITH A PAPER TOWEL. I showed up when the placed open at 8 for my 8am appointment. I wasn’t seen for 45 minutes then sat in the chair. I was frustrated and asked if this was normal. The front desk lady said someone was sick. When I got in the chair, I heard my cleaner talking about me needing to get out of her chair bc I had said something about the wait I guess. The lady dentist was super unprofessional and disrespectful as well. She talked about a 10 year old issue with a tooth. Anyways, I cancelled my wife’s appointment. The place is also disgusting. Batteries in clocks unchanged. Dusty. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO THIS LOCATION. Brushed my teeth with a paper towel. lol wth

Absolutely the worst unprofessional dental office. Went in for a cleaning but instead they only wanted to give me a prophy which is incorrect all adult are supposed to get scaling done period 13 and up with there cleaning! Only 13 and under are prophys only! The Dentist comes in and wants to lie right in my face and says we only check to see if you need it, false she was wanting do nothing and try to create something to make more money like try say you have gingivitis or some form of gum disease. Little did the know I'm a board certified DA/ Dental Assistant. So her being unprofessional she begins to tell me once I explain I work in the dental field she gets upset once she realizes that she talking to someone who actually knows dental and is not going to let you say or do anything. She says since your so knowledgeable do it yourself!!! What are you kidding me! So unprofessional. Do not go there there no hygienist there and she very unprofessional and will not give you a proper service.

1st visit was basic x-ray & looked in my mouth. Had to get prior authorization for deep cleaning. Staff is very pleasant & explained things thoroughly. Will update after cleaning & diagnosis. Took 2 months for prior authorization. The option of gas or injection is available for deep cleaning. FROM 5 TO 1 STAR! I'd give NO stars if I could. I didn't get a deep cleaning. Dentist was rude about not letting her pull 12 teeth. She said "nerves exposed" in broken English in a whisper behind 2 masks. If nerves were exposed in 12 teeth I'm pretty sure I'd know it. I'm physically challenged. Not mentally incompetent! Calling my insurance to see what type cleaning they billed. I will update whither or not the committed fraud. I'm not going back there. Prior authorization wasn't needed. Something isn't right here. My whole family won't go back! We're having issues with Ocean sending our records to the new Dentist. It took 3 appointments just to get a cleaning. Then the cleaning was LESS than my cleaning. Floss & some buffing. Really? My teeth were damaged years ago in an accident. My nerves aren't exposed. Money hungry folks getting that insurance money anyway they can. Sure didn't listen to me because they ignored my TMJ but gave my family member a referral to a specialist. Receptionist is nice. It's still not a place that can be trusted. Dishonesty was the reason my family won't go there again. Do better Ocean Dental Dentist! I'm not getting CareCredit so you can charge thousands of dollars for me to make payments on. Gezzzz!

Do not go here !! They cancel appointments they are very unprofessional.. their dentists always has an emergency .. they know exactly what they are doing and it's sad to say they are billing insurance for exams with no intent to finish the work. And they are doubling out of pocket cost $3000 for a $1500 procedure.. coming from out of state this is the wotst experience I have ever had in my life. Now I have to pay another $200 to get an exam for my babies to get their work done by a dentist that knows what they are doing.. she did x-rays and told me I needed a crown but I already knew I needed a crown and root canal .. so when I asked the dentist what about the root canal .. she acted like she did not see that on the x-ray .. mind you I've needed the same work done in my previous state so I was aware that I needed a root cancel .. this lady was going to put a crown on top of a tooth that needed a root canal that would a terrible infection !! I'm reporting then they are taking advantage of people and stealing from insurance. Knowingly .

The worst most ghetto attitude having staff ever. They canceled my son's appointment moments before we arrived 2mins early but then said it was canceled because I failed to confirm it. When I went to my car to grab my phone to prove I confirmed the appointment they ran to lock the doors because we were the last appointment of the day. So instead of saying they wanted to take off & close the entire clinic over 2hrs early they left me knocking on the doors trying to reschedule dental work. I had to speak to another office manager at a different location to find this all out & get a new appointment elsewhere. Nevermind the fact my kids have been at this office since it opened up yet still we were treated so horribly yesterday. This isn’t the first time they've screwed up our appointments but the first time they've acted so horrific to us even laughing when I said this was an inconvenience that I had to take off work for nothing to get done.
