I received a warm uplifting greeting from the friendly receptionists. Plus, Jenny the Hygienist was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure I received the best treatment for my teeth. I appreciated her attentiveness to details, her knowledge and explanation on what she was seeing and going to do, as well as her professional skills in cleaning my teeth and removing the plaque that had been building up. I would recommend Jenny and Oakdale Family Dentistry to anyone.

I was going to change my dentist due to insurance needs. I went in and had the series of x-rays a new patient gets. When the dentist came it he took a 60 glance at the x-rays and peeked in my mouth for about 90 seconds. He told me I had two cracked teeth and needed them crowned along with a bridge on another two teeth. I also had two cavities. I made the appointments and left. Just to be safe I went into to have a check up at my old dentist. Without telling them what I was told at Oakdale I had a new series of x-rays done. To my surprise I had only ONE CAVITY and nothing else. Oakdale Family Dentistry is a rip off for sure. Do NOT trust their dentists with your perfectly fine teeth. They may just try to set you up with a lot of work you NEVER needed to start with!!!!

From the first phone call I’ve been impressed with Oakdale Family Dentistry. Every dental assistant has been friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor I’ve worked with explained what work needed to be done in a clear way that I was able to understand and set a course of action to take care of my dental needs. Dr. Ali did an amazing job on a root canal and felt next to no pain the day after - AMAZING. I also want to thank Ka for clearly explaining the costs and helping to structure a plan that maximized my insurance and minimized my out of pocket expenses. Ka has been so thorough and helpful in getting my payment plan set and has shown great flexibility. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I would recommend going here.

They are so friendly! They greeted me right when I walked in. Ka, Marty, and Katie were all so pleasant. Tristy and Dr. Ally made my procedure so comfortable. They explained every thing thoroughly. They were responsive and reassuring during the whole procedure. They even gave me a call the day after my procedure to see if everything was OK too.

Fantastic, caring service! Whether it's a regular cleaning, a dental emergency, or a larger procedure, the staff here will make time to see you when YOU need to be seen. They also take time to answer all of your questions, make follow-up calls to see how you're doing, and reach out when a cancelation makes an earlier appointment available.
