They are always very professional and courteous. They make sure I understand what they are doing or the treatment that may be needed. Everyone always make sure I am never in any pain or discomfort. The entire staff is great and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Balderrama and his team are incredible! I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade and it became a real source of anxiety and shame for me, but discomfort forced my hand and I finally made an appointment. My anxiety was immediately calmed by Dr. Balderrama's kind and competent demeanor, and I feel zero anxiety about visiting the dentist now. I'm excited to have dental health be a regular part of my life now and it's all thanks to the team at Oak Street Dental. I can't recommend them highly enough!

UPDATE 2024: I recently had a skin graft done by Dr. B on part of my gumline which had receded, and was highly satisfied with the results. I was having cold/heat pain because the roots of some of my teeth were exposed and I wasn't happy with how it looked, either. Dr. B recommended the procedure and after I asked a ton of questions I decided to go ahead with it. I hardly felt anything during surgery and Dr. B made sure I was numb the whole time. My technical questions about the procedure itself as well as recovery were answered thoroughly before, during, and after the surgery. The staff here are great and I can tell they are proud to work here and genuinely care about their patient's wellbeing. It is good to have a dental office where I can see Dr. B and his staff make an effort to stay up-to-date on the latest dental science and are engaged in what they do. Thank you to Dr. B for being extremely reasonable on the cost of this procedure as well. --2019 review-- I had a fantastic experience when I needed a ton of fillings done. Dr Balderrama is super gentle with the novocaine (which usually freaks me out) and also lets you use the office's nice Boze headphones to listen to music during your procedure. Staff were professional and friendly!
