This was by far the best dental experience I ever received. The moment I entered the building, I was greeted with a smile from the really sweet receptionist, and checking in was a breeze. I was called to the back within 10 minutes of my arrival. I have to say that I was quite embarrassed that I had neglected my oral health over the years and feared that I would be judged. As I explained that to the hygienist, she ensured me that I had nothing to be embarrassed about and they would take really good care of me. That made me feel calm and lowered my anxiety. Dr. Jin was absolutely fantastic! He explained everything in details, and made me feel like I was the only patient in the building. They took really good care of me and I appreciate that. The receptionist, the hygienists, and Dr. Jin were all very professional, respectful, and caring to my needs. I never thought in my life time that I would be looking forward to going back to the dentist...lol. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Mike Jin and his team are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and deliver excellent patient care and services. The office is clean and comfortable. I was seen right away for an urgent dental issue and they took great care in resolving the issue. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Mike is always personable and caring about what’s going on with ME. He listens to what’s going on and puts my needs first. Today he gave me my smile back and that means so much to me! Thank you, Dr. Mike!!

Complete waste of time. I called and made an appointment as a first time client for a cleaning. I was given 3 possible appointment times for the agreed date. I got to my appointment early and gave over ID and insurance card. That is when I was told they had not been able to verify my insurance prior because they had gotten the member ID wrong - no one ever called to say there was an issue. I sat and waited after completing new patient paperwork. I was called back and only then was I told that I would have X-rays and an assessment today then I would have to schedule another appointment to come back for cleaning. None of this was explained prior, neither when I scheduled the appointment, or while I was waiting to be seen.
