Oak Creek Dental Care

I had to switch dentist's so I saw that Oak Creek Dental had really good reviews. I can see why. They all were super nice, professional, easy to talk with. Meg was my hygienist. She was making sure I was comfortable at all times. I met Dr. Johnson who was extremely nice and explained everything so I could understand. I would feel at ease about going back to them for appointments.

The best dentist I have ever been to hands down! I'm all about customer service.They all greet you with a smile. Plus I have high anxiety of the dentist' and this helps. They always keep me comfortable during all my procedures. I love that they don't pressure you into getting work done, but will (teach) make sure you are aware of the possibilities of any outcome. Also they are willing to work with you in any kind of way. Keep up the great work!

The staff here is always helpful, caring, and willing to answer any question you have. The customer experience is ALWAYS top tier! I mean, I was offered a blanket because it was chilly in the office! I always recommend Oak Creek to anyone that asks for dental care. I had a dental emergency and saw Dr. Segnini. He explains clearly what was going on, my treatment options, and his thoughts on each one. I was in and out in less than an hour. Meg completed my procedure and kept checking in with me throughout. I have such a high level of anxiety of the dentist, but everyone here soothes it.

Oak Creek is a great dental practice with caring, professional staff. They always explain everything and provide options in treatment for their patients. Dr. Johnson is incredibly kind, gentle and goes out of his way to make my parents comfortable. He goes an extra step to ensure their care is affordable and meets their needs. These folks are great! I have severe dental anxiety and they made my visit so comfortable. Dr. Segnini explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He and his staff were very friendly. Awesome place and I would highly recommend them.

I am also continually amazed at how punctual the office is run. I'm always called back within a few minutes of my appointment time and my care is started promptly!
