First time at this office. Spoke with Kelsey several times for a variety of reasons and she was helpful, professional and so kind. Only concern was my appointment was at 11:00 am and wasn't taken back until 11:55. It would have been very nice if someone could have at least came to waiting area to inform patients waiting there would be a delay. Dr. Simoni was great. Told me the procedure and explained everything that she would have to do. All staff was friendly and professional.

I had an awful experience at this place with Dr. Halie Gulley and her assistant. From the very start of my appointment, the treatment toward my family and me was completely rude and disrespectful. I arrived on time for my crown procedure, and while I was breastfeeding my baby before going in (because I wouldn’t see him for several hours), the assistant greeted me with eye-rolling and an attitude of annoyance. This was upsetting enough, but what shocked me even more was what my husband overheard: the doctor told the assistant, in a completely insensitive manner, that she didn’t care that I was breastfeeding and that she would cancel my appointment. It is outrageous for a healthcare professional to show such a lack of empathy, especially considering this appointment had already been rescheduled twice because she was on maternity leave. The hypocrisy of her later comment, smiling while saying how “hard it is to have small babies” during the procedure, left me utterly bewildered. At the end of the appointment, no one explained the aftercare instructions, nor did they schedule my next procedures. It was clear that there was no interest in providing good service. The rude treatment and lack of professionalism from Dr. Gulley and her assistant are unacceptable. No one should be treated this way, especially in a place meant to provide care and trust. We will definitely not return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Cindy is amazing. I absolutely love this practice. All the front staff is very professional and sweet. Dr. Gully found out I needed some additional work, she jumped on it, took good care of me. I have ability to eat right again.

My son recently got his wisdom teeth removed here. They did a great job from pre-to postop. They talked through all his postop instructions with me asked me if I had any questions and then his actual procedure took about 30 minutes after which I was able to go pick him up and he was wheeled out in a wheelchair he was sent home with medicated mouthwash, pain, medication, and antibiotic to prevent infection. We received a call the next day asking how he was doing as well. My son‘s recovery has gone well and so much better than my other son had at a different location where he got an infection and had a horrible postop experience with lots of pain. I can’t recommend this place enough! The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Best dental experience. I left the service recently this year and needed a tooth extraction done and a couple other things. The last dental cleaning I had was 3 years ago. It was a bit daunting to schedule the appointment due to the fact that it’s been so long. However, from the office workers in the front, to the dental assistant to the dental hygienist and the Doctor, everyone is supportive on getting you back on track to your dental goals. They make you feel right at home. I appreciate the team here and recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team.
