Recently, I had a dental procedure that involved removing my wisdom teeth and two additional teeth behind my canine teeth. I want to share my positive experience because it truly stands out. The staff took excellent care of me and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. They didn't surprise me with anything, especially when it came to the needle, which helped ease my anxiety. After the surgery, they offered me ice cream, which was a nice touch, and they made sure I was feeling alright before I left. Although I needed some time to regain my strength and couldn't walk properly for about 30 minutes, they were incredibly supportive and assisted me out the door. As a 13-year-old who doesn't typically write reviews, I felt it was important to take the time to express how great my experience was. If you're considering getting your teeth checked, I highly recommend this place!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Addison, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Addison was amazing from start to finish! The procedure was smooth, and the care and attention provided made me feel at ease throughout the process. It took about a week for me to fully recover and get back to myself, but the pain management and aftercare instructions were spot on. At the outset we would like to thank Dr Addison and team for the job well done. Dr Addison - thanks for calling us to clarify our concerns and explaining, greatly appreciated. Before our daughter had came all the way from DC to get her dental work done by Dr Addison, and she was happy with the service. Now, when my wife got an infected tooth and was referred for oral surgery, her first choice was Dr. Addison though it was a long wait to be seen. However my wife decided to be seen by him though tolerating the pain on her tooth. When she got him to be seen, Dr Addison understood the emergency of the situation, and went out of his way to squeeze in to get her surgery done on the next available surgery date. Overall the surgery went well, and now she is normal without any pain. We greatly thank Dr Addison for accommodating us out of his way, and the wonderful job done.

I had a great experience with Dr Addison and his team. They were able to quickly get me in the office and then schedule my surgery in a couple of days. The process was very pleasant and I was setup well for recovery.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here almost 2 weeks ago by Dr. Petraszko and had a great experience! My (medical) doctor had a special request for my preparation for the surgery and the team accommodated my needs with no problem. My nurse Melissa was so kind before the procedure and I felt very prepared for what to expect. The surgery went perfectly and I’ve healed nicely. Highly recommend!

All the staff were friendly and created a welcoming environment. Dr.Addison clarified the surgical procedures and eased our anxiety. The surgery went well and post-op care instructions were explicitly explained and reviewed with surgical support staff …all questions were answered satisfactorily . Dr. Addison called our home the next day to check patient status. (That was unexpected but appreciated). Overall I would rate this experience an A+++. Our thanks to young Evan for his patience and great communication skills.

About a month and a half ago, Dr. Addison removed my impacted wisdom tooth. He handled the tricky extraction really well, and I felt I was in skilled hands. The whole team was very thoughtful and checked in with me several times afterward to make sure my recovery was going smoothly. As someone new to the U.S. dental system, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they made the whole experience very positive. They even gave me ice cream afterward, which was a nice touch! I’m very grateful for the experience and highly recommend Dr. Addison for anyone needing similar treatment.

I was recommended to Nu Image by my orthodontist. I had two procedures done on two separate days and Dr. Addison and his team were great both times. I had no idea what to expect but they took great care of me and my extractions went great! Would I recommend family/friends to see Dr. Addison? Yes, I would. Will I return if future services are required/recommended? Absolutely. The procedures were explained prior to surgery, I was given the warmest blanket to keep me comfortable, sent home with chocolate ice cream and received a call from Dr. Addison post-op, who called to check on me and make sure I was recovering well. Customer service is important to me and they exceeded in my book. Any questions I had were handled with a quick turn around time by phone, email or with his team during my visits.
