My daughter had her bottom braces put on today and I am so pleased with the way Jess took the time to go over some things that were going on with my daughter’s gums. She was very patient and thorough and knowledgeable, and I felt that she cared enough about her dental health to take the time in explaining what she needed to do. And good beside manner with my daughter throughout her appointment. Thank you Jess! :)

My oldest son had his braces done here about 5yrs ago. He unfortunately needs them again, badly. In fact, you can't tell he ever had them. The Cartersville location told me they don't do ortho anymore and could refer him somewhere else, EVEN THOUGH Ischeduled the apt as an ortho apt???. Called the Acworth office at least 5x with no return call, how do you get in touch with them without driving up?

Ansley has been great with our son in getting new braces. We asked him both times how it went in the back, and he never complained. He said it was good. She's been informative on how to take care of them, and what he can and cannot eat so it doesn't damage anything.

Had my braces here for 3 years and at the time of me writing this I'm getting my impressions (hopefully) in 8 weeks from now, everyone here is so sweet they could give me cavities lol
