Nova Cosmetic Dentistry (general and cosmetic)

Today I had my teeth cleaned, this is the best experience in my life, the hygienist Julia is very careful, attentive, sensitive, answered all my questions, the procedure was so painless and pleasant that I thought I was not in a dentist's office but in a spa. Dr. Lana is very friendly and very professional. Receptionist Allie is polite and friendly, answers all questions in detail, and is ready to help. I recommend this office to everyone. This is the best dental office I have been to.

What an amazing experience the whole way through! Allie at the front desk was warm and welcoming! The interiors are well done and thoughtful, think spa like feel. What a step up for dentistry! Lisa my hygienist was so sweet and thorough! My teeth feel amazing! Lastly Dr Lana Waibel is kind and thorough! I love that they all took the time to talk to me (it had been a year since I had gone) and give me some pointers on how to stay healthy! This is definitely a long term commitment! If you need a new dentist… check these women out! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

It’s not often that I write reviews, but a recent visit to Nova Cosmetic Dentistry reminded me of why I’ve been their loyal and happy customer. The unscheduled visit was prompted by a bit of bad luck: an old veneer crown broke off on the eve of a long overseas trip. Next-day departure made the prospect of a ban on “Say cheese!” smiles quite real. I shouldn’t have worried, though: Dr. Lana and her team made every effort to fix the problem in time for the flight. Talk of rapid response. To me, it was just another example of their top-notch professionalism. I’m a curious patient, interested in the whys and hows of a planned treatment or procedure. Dr. Lana will take the time to explain everything clearly and to describe available options. It’s great to know that your dentist keeps track of all the latest advances in the field. The fact that her office is equipped with the state-of-the-art dental technology doesn’t hurt either. Meanwhile, little things like a cozy waiting room, relaxing music and scenic views on flat TV screens, help to create an atmosphere that puts a worried patient – like me on that day -- at ease…

Dr. Waibel creates such an amazing dental experience. I have never been so comfortable going to a dentist. From the minute you walk in the door and get greeted so personally by Allie, to the personalized treatment from the dental hygienist (Lisa, in my case) to seeing Dr. Waibel, the care could not be better. I am so beyond thankful I found this amazing practice and will continue to refer people, because it is a dental experience that all practices should strive to achieve. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable.
