Norton Family Dental

I had my wisdom teeth removed here and was very anxious but all the girls did such a great job. I just had a great experience here. All the way from the x ray tech, to the girls doing my iv, to the doctor. They were so comforting and friendly! It was amazing! Such a great place!

The team at Norton Family Dental is outstanding! The dental assistant is incredibly kind and attentive, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. The dentist is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly, ensuring you feel informed and confident in your care. I had to be referred out to see a specialist and that office was great as well( they didn’t just send me anywhere crazy). Their professionalism and dedication to patient well-being truly shine. I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking top-notch dental care!

I transferred to this location from the upper Arlington branch due to insurance changes. I was having some issues with my night guard and made an appointment, they were able to get me in fairly quickly for the first appointment. I had unfortunately forgot my night guard at home and had to make a second appointment. My second appointment was about two weeks later at 9:30. I got there early and was escorted back a little after 9:30 and was told that the doctor would be in shortly. Around 9:50, I still had not seen or heard from anyone, so I packed up my things and told the front desk that I was leaving to go back to work. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told them no I will go somewhere else. I don’t want to reschedule just to be sitting for 20 minutes. I’ve been a patient for many years and hate that I need to find a new dentist. I loved Dr.Curtis!

I'm one of those who just is plain scared to say dentist let alone allow them to handle my mouth.. I will say this place is extremely kind & understand . The female hygienists there were so very knowledgeable and , took time to go over just what they were doing.. she also upon my show of uneasiness..Fully listened to my concern and my request.i was due for them all (but 2 )to come out. She looked with me and let me decide ( my referral Dr. Didn't have anything to say but out all of them .) all my front were left and are able to stay without much being done. I'm so thankful she asked me what I wanted to do. I was under the impression there wasn't any option otherwise. I definitely would recommend them 10/10. Awesome staff !!!
