I've been to three different dental clinics since I moved to Springfield, and I highly recommend Northside Dental Clinic. If they take your insurance, they will bill them directly before they ask you for any money upfront. After your initial exam, they will give you an itemized treatment plan, outlining what your insurance covers, and what amount, if any, you will have to pay out of pocket. I really like the fact that this company is honest with you and doesn't try to gouge you for more money!

I've been going to Northside for over a decade. Recently, I had an unfortunate experience of a crown breaking in half and falling off. I was about to go out of town for an extended period of time and I wasn't sure of my options. Luckily, when I called the office the next day they had an opening. It was discovered the crown cracked because of a root canal that had gone through it and could have happened to anyone. Dr. Kaelin and Nicole set to getting me fixed up. It was nearing the end of the work day and I was fully prepared to just receive a temporary crown and come back later. They insisted to get me fixed up then. They definitely went above and beyond, staying a little later to set the crown. It felt good as new and I was able to go out of town with no worries. I have always received wonderful care and it is why I continue to go after all of these years. Definitely thankful!

Couldn't recommend this place enough, especially for newbies and people with dentist anxiety. You will feel welcome here. Your experience will be prioritized. Dr. Grishin works hard to ensure his patients are informed and kept as comfortable as possible, and his staff are knowledgeable and dedicated. I laugh many times during my appointments here. And for my trans friends, you are welcome and respected within these walls.

This place actually makes me look forward to going to the dentist, and I am writing this one hour after having a tooth extraction! I have now had three different types of procedures here. The staff makes you feel like they really care about your needs. They listen to you and make you feel like you're part of a family. This is my new dental home for Springfield. I love them!

I have been going to Northside Dental Clinic for the past few years and each experience I've had with them has been wonderful to say the least! The staff at the front desk are always very welcoming and willing to help with any questions I have. My hygienist, Paige, does an amazing job cleaning my teeth and always ensures I am comfortable throughout my entire cleaning and Dr. Hayter always does a thorough examination of my teeth and x-rays before I leave to make sure they are still healthy and cavity free! My appointments have always started on time and they are able to give close attention to my teeth while also finishing the appointment in a timely manner. Northside not only provides a positive and welcoming environment but each person I have interacted with has always been helpful and professional. I would recommend Northside Dental Clinic to anyone!!
