Northpointe Dental Care

Can say that I actually had a great experience at the dentist. Finding a new dental provider is always pretty anxiety provoking but Northpointe made it very comfortable. Very open/honest/gentle staff. ?

I went to this dentist as it's rated highly and close by. I previously went to Personal Care Dentistry and they did fillings and messed up first and then I have a ridge and I didn't want to go back. Now the tooth is bothering me and the staff are great! They even offer some dental insurance options for those that don't have any. They explained my cavities with kindness and not judging me. I didn't grow up brushing my teeth or flossing them. I now have appointments for fillings, and a cleaning. I hope they go as well as the X-rays.

STOP NOW DON'T KEEP SCROLLING!!! I want to tell you about this dentist. Straight forward, honest, truthful, and know what he's talking about. No pain, no discomfort, no judgement on your oral hygiene at all. What he does for a patient is put them at ease to everything that they will or might experiance. At one point i had a tear come down because my mouth was open. He stopped everything to say we're going to get that address i don't want you feeling any pain. I had to stop him and say no its not pain Doc. At which he kept going. To compare my dentist when i was younger to DR. RATHJEN... There is no comparisons. He is above and beyond kind, sensitive and compationate of what a patient can can and can't afford. The front office ladies figure out what a patient can take care of and let me tell you, your not guessing on what you can do. The ladies got you handled as good as the Doc does his work. I'm going to end this review with. KNOWLEDGEABLE, GUIDING, CAREFUL, DIRECT, HONEST, I would recommend ANYONE to go to my dentist. I truely would. Please stop looking for a dentist. Because Dr. Rathjen and his staff has got all your concerns and pain under control. I promise you if you could go away from this dentist truely unhappy I'll find a way to pay your bill. I swear to you. But truthfulness be able to say that. I hate to say I'm happy when i go to the dentist. It was such a bad expierance before but know I'm not only a dedicated patient, but i drive all the way from hastings to see the my doctor in blaine. I promise you this man will always be my dentist. Please go here. In fact lets stop and realize it will be your last time at a new dentist in your like. I'm not related or friends with this Doctor outside. But what i am is an imformend and looking forward to hetting my dental problems solved. You found your dentist if you make an appointment. I promise you that. I am a new patient to this dental practice. I am very impressed by everyone here. Dr. Rathjen Is a very skilled dentist. Dr. Rathjen wants to make sure that you are kept comfortable during any procedures. He is very patient. I never felt hurried and everything was explained to me. All of the staff are so helpful and caring. Carol is the Business Assistant. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Bridget is a Dental Assistant and made me feel at ease and she is so caring. I am so happy and grateful that I found a dentist that I can trust for all of my dental needs.

Best Dentist in MN! Dr. Rathjen is kind, gentle, and extremely thorough in his care! His staff, Carol, Bridgette and everyone are always amazing to deal with!! I have been going to this practice for many years and I highly recommend him for your care!! You won’t be disappointed!!
