I can honestly say this is the best dental experience I have ever had, from start to finish. The front office staff are so professional and go out of their way to be helpful; the dental assistants are great; and Dr. Lu provided excellent service while explaining everything in detail. I had a completely pain-free root canal and crown. I'm so pleased to have found this practice. I truly can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had there!

Dec 02, 2024 · Patricia O'NeilEveryone at Northgate Smiles is so caring and patient. I came in needing a lot work done including a tooth pulled, bone graft, deep cleaning and crowns. Going to the dentist is never fun but they definitely put me at ease. They are determined to get your teeth at their healthiest especially Lea Ann. She took so much time and care in my deep cleaning, you can really tell she cares about her patients! I can’t recommend them enough. I drive from Snohomish to Northgate to come here and it is worth it!
Nov 06, 2024 · Randee WeinmannThey were so friendly and helpful. I’m from Minnesota visiting my daughter’s family and my tooth started to hurt. They got me in right away and treated me. A week later I was still having some pain and they squeezed me in the next day. I got to have a holiday root canal. Dr. Lu and her team are awesome!
