Northeast Family Dental Care Elgin

Northeast Family Dental Care is the best. My husband and I having been going here for years and have always had a positive experience. The staff is phenomenal, they are all so friendly, kind and always happy to see us. We are also really happy with Dr. Arshad since he took over in 2022. For great dental care and a wonderful environment I highly recommend Northeast Family Dental Care.

I have been going to Northeast Family Dental for over a year now. Dr. Arshad is great. He is very patient and answers my questions and concerns and puts my mind at ease. I get the best care by him and his amazing staff. Everyone is so professional and friendly. This week I had an issue that was urgent and they scheduled me in right away. Dental care used to give me high anxiety so I resisted going to the dentist. I never hesitate to address my dental health now and I keep up with my 6 month check ups. I am so grateful he opened his office in my neighborhood.

Dr.Arshad is great very friendly and you can tell hes there to help you in a straight forward no nonsense approach a funny n great guy! And surrounding him is great staff who make sure youre comfortable and arent intrusive at all definitely coming back here!

They are very good at what they do. I hadn't been to the dentist in some time and was a bit worried. Thankfully not too bad, and the team all made it painless. Will be visiting every 6 months?

I would never trust this dentist after what my family went through after an appointment for a simple cleaning. Trust is so important in this industry. We got a second opinion after learning that NE Family Dental care would not perform a standard annual cleaning, but instead attempted to upsell more intense scaling. We would not turn away a service like this if it was necessary, but the way this office treated the situation was unprofessional. Our new dentist evaluated, explained whether this was necessary (it was not), and clearly described all options and treatment plans, and goals for our future oral healthcare. When I reached out to NE Family Dental, it took months to get them to work with me to refund money the PRE CHARGED for services they HADN'T EVEN DONE YET, never following up with me but instead making me contact them every few weeks. Each time they would brush me off saying the right person to refund was out of town/sick/on leave etc. this went on for months. When I tried to talk with the dentist about my feelings with this experience, I couldn't believe the lies they had repeated that I had confirmed to be untrue with my health insurance company and my second opinion dentist. The staff and receptionist were both rude, dishonest, and slow to resolve issues so my family could move on from this experience. Dental health is important and I would never even trust this team to see my family as anything beyond a dollar sign, especially if something serious was needed like a root canal or surgery.
