North Warden Dental Centre

Excellent service. I’ve been seeing Dr. Laura Zhang ever since I was a child and have had everything from braces to wisdom teeth extraction done here. I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Amy Yuan. She was super friendly and explained everything to me in detail. To add, the front desk is very knowledgeable about insurance claims and is transparent about how much everything costs. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for years and in the last few I was moved to a new dentist (I think I was with Kelly before since I never remembered her name but I always remembered her bright smile, as some people mentioned in their reviews; she’s a really great dentist too!). Amy is an angel who gives everything to me honest and straight which helps me make informed decisions for my dental health. I would recommend her if you’re frugal like me and want to make meaningful decisions when things get expensive, but also if you just want a good dentist to work with. The cost here is reasonable compared to the several dentist offices I had called in the Markham area before settling on this one. Overall, I have been and still am a happy camper going to this dentist!

Both my mum and I had root canals done here. I'm going on 6 years and no problems at all. Still come back for the checkups and warm service. Much better than previous dentists. Would recommend for first time patients.

Long time patient of Dr. Kelly Sam Chu. Always has a smile and gives best treatment. I drive 40km each time to see her and it's worth it. Clinic is very nice. Hygenists and receptionists are always friendly and polite.

Today I walked into this dental centre requesting to use the bathroom. I was bleeding from my mouth due to a dental extraction by another dentist. I showed the guaze I had with me to indicate that I just need to change my guaze. They told me to go to a nearby grocery store to use the bathroom. I asked, "You won't help someone who is bleeding?" The front desk staff responded that I'm not their patient and I need to leave. I am completely shocked that any person would behave this way to someone who is bleeding and just wants to use the bathroom for a minute. I went next door to the shoppers drugmart and the cashier immediately opened the staff bathroom for me. That is normal, kind behavior, quite unlike the extremely poor treatment I received at north warden dental centre.
