North Stapley Dental Care

North Stapley Dental Care has been the best dental office I’ve ever visited! Tiffany up front is so sweet and helpful. The assistants are nice and don’t make you feel unwelcome. Dr. Mortenson has to be one of the best in Arizona! And the technology is advanced so I’ve had no issues. My Dr even fixed a crown that wasn’t sitting right from my last dentist, so I no longer have problems with that tooth. They are very nice comforting and helpful. I can’t express the amount of happiness and gratefulness I have for this entire staff! My smile has never looked this good thanks to them!

I was about to get into the office within 2 hours of calling and then able to get same day help by getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Staff was very nice and went above and beyond. They made sure I knew everything that was happening and I was safe. Jeremy was such a great dentist and has really good bed side manner. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped me.

I’ve been coming to North Stapley Dental care for several years now and I love them. They are all friendly and professional, the office is clean, it’s easy to make appointments or to change if I need to!! I especially like Dr Mortensen!! He is GREAT ?

I had a filling done at North Stapley Dental. Unfortunately, The filling wasn't done correctly. I went back for “bite adjustments” 2 or 3 times. That didn’t fix the issue. Every time I eat, I am in excruciating pain. Food gets caught on the filling and the pain radiates down to my jaw. I’ve let the dentist office know. I went to a different dental office and because the insurance had already paid for this filling they have to charge me to redo it, which is inconvenient because dental work is not cheap. not to mention, my son also had a few fillings done at this office, and he is experiencing the same exact pain that I am. I do not recommend this office at all

This place has gone down hill the last few years. I see a new dentist every six months. I've been coming here for 5 years. This last time I finished my cleaning. Came back to fix a filling. They wait until 5 minutes AFTER my appointment, tell me my doctor no longer takes my insurance. Charge me out of network $109, for the cleaning I had the previous week. If they had told me I wasn't in network I wouldn't have done the cleaning. This is not patient care. Don't come here.

North stapley dental performed unnecessary procedures to get more money from me on top of that randomly charged me $180 balance and refused to schedule me until it was paid but refused to tell me what it was for. I also had a random doctor who I’ve never seen before aggressively pressure me to schedule a root canal and since going to a different dentist I was informed I didn’t need a root canal or a few of the $1,300 crowns they put in my mouth either This office really just takes advantage of you to see how much money they can get from you
