This place has gone down hill the last few years. I see a new dentist every six months. I've been coming here for 5 years. This last time I finished my cleaning. Came back to fix a filling. They wait until 5 minutes AFTER my appointment, tell me my doctor no longer takes my insurance. Charge me out of network $109, for the cleaning I had the previous week. If they had told me I wasn't in network I wouldn't have done the cleaning. This is not patient care. Don't come here.

Nov 25, 2024 · Bryce ChristiansenNorth stapley dental performed unnecessary procedures to get more money from me on top of that randomly charged me $180 balance and refused to schedule me until it was paid but refused to tell me what it was for. I also had a random doctor who I’ve never seen before aggressively pressure me to schedule a root canal and since going to a different dentist I was informed I didn’t need a root canal or a few of the $1,300 crowns they put in my mouth either This office really just takes advantage of you to see how much money they can get from you
