I came to the Dr.Gardner with lots of bad fillings and decays. He replaced them all, repaired cavities, and restored my teeth. It was easy to talk to him. He'd been very passionate about providing care to me. I felt comfortable during any procedure he performed. His exceptional care made a difference in my dental experience. I wish him Good Health and Thank him for his work that improves the lives of of his patients. Lourdes the hygienist was extremely personable and very gentle. I was also impressed with the friendly office environment.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Gardner for many years and have had some complicated procedures during that time. I never write reviews for anyone… no time for this. But it’s time! From fillings to veneers to implants, he does it all with extraordinary skill, professionalism, compassion, and artistry. Dr Gardner is flexible in that he will listen to concerns and make adjustments accordingly. He won’t allow you to leave his office if HE is not happy with the way you look (for example, if the color of a tooth he created is not perfect). His office has cutting edge equipment and technology. Dr Gardner’s staff is stellar! Like him, they are warm and genuinely caring. They are organized, responsive and there’s never a long wait. Dr. Gardner loves what he does and that is part of the very positive atmosphere that his patient's experience. On a rating scale of one to five stars, I’d give it 10!

At North Shore & Implant Dentistry, I had the best experience possible. Starting with appointment scheduling, consultation, dental procedures, and follow-up. Dr. David Gardner is a professional, very kind and a good listener. He is patient and answered all my questions and concerns. He is extremely thorough friendly which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my choice. I had implants with Dr. Gardner, and the results are amazing, and enough evidence to prove his knowledge, skills, and experience. His expertise set him apart at the highest level. Kim’s customer service is outstanding. She is always polite and answers any questions regarding billing and appointments, and when she’s busy, she ensures to call me back to answer any concerns. Additionally, it is important to mention that the office has text message notifications, so, we can receive a reminder appointment which is great! I will be forever grateful to have had the highest qualified implant specialist in New York. Dr. Gardner is brilliant with outstanding ethical standards. Dr. David Gardner is the first dentist that I felt I can fully trust and highly appreciate as a patient. His honesty, integrity, skills and knowledge are truly outstanding and unique. I've previously visited several prosthodontists but Dr. Gardner is a unique, highly skilled, talented, and very knowledgeable prosthodontist who resolved several dental issues for me. In addition to these qualities, he is a great person who genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. In my view, one of his best qualities is that he doesn’t rush into some treatment plan; he takes his time to assess the situation, potential outcomes and thoroughly acts in the best interest of the patient. His office staff Kim, Ginny and Jillian are so kind, professional, and outstanding. I truly appreciate all their support!

During my first dental appointment, Dr. Gardner wanted to know my wishes and hopes regarding my oral health. My answer was to have a healthy mouth, to be able to chew my food better, and have pretty, feminine teeth. A year and two months have passed since my first consultation, and all my wishes and hopes came true. Dr. Gardner was very understanding about all my concerns, questions and how a major decision would impact my general oral health. Dr. Gardner is a perfectionist, extremely knowledgeable and very skillful. Dr. Gardner’s team is excellent. Ginny and Jeannette not only assisted Dr. Gardner during my procedures, but they were always very attentive to my needs. Jillian, the hygienist, is very sweet. Even though my first dental cleaning is scheduled for October, Jillian always gave me a big smile and hug and was so happy to see the on-going results. What can I say about Kim? I always felt better after our many conversations. Kim always called the next day to see how I was feeling after every procedure. To quote Kim: “you got this” and “I am so happy for you”. The messages were brief but very powerful words. The day Dr. Gardner said the process was completed; it was a bittersweet moment. I was experiencing a lot of different emotions. I was happy and relieved but at the same time sad that I now would see the team every three months. They have not only become my friends but my extended family.
