North Shore Family Dentistry

I've been a customer of this company for many years, and was hoping to continue being one. I just resigned from my job and am in the process of signing up for new insurance. I did not have my card on me but thought it was Delta Dental, so I called the front desk to ask a simple question, "What is my dental insurance carrier?". In response, I was told it was Blue Cross Blue Shield when it was in fact Delta Dental. Lucky, I had paperwork that showed it was Delta Dental. After speaking with the insurance company, I called the dentistry to verify my insurance again. The front desk staff was nonapologetic saying I should have known my insurance carrier and refused to admit her mistake saying she was doing me a favor. She also was unempathetic when I told her my concern about who was paying my dental claims (since I was told a different insurance earlier). Again, she said it would have been my responsibility to pay for any outstanding fees. As someone who has been on disability and taking multiple medications that affect my memory, I felt very upset and discriminated against. The dentist and hygienists are wonderful, but I will not tolerate being treated this way by a clerk when I've been going there for years.

Holly did a great cleaning my teeth. My mouth wasn’t sore the next day. Gabby was great in the office making and scheduling all my appointments and my son’s. The dentist were great very thorough and better than all the dentist around they didn’t keep us waiting. They took us at the appointment time. I recommend them to everyone.

I’ve been seeing Holly longer than I can remember and she’s been taking care of my teeth for quite some time. She does a great job cleaning my teeth! Holly makes you feel extremely comfortable and at ease when you come in for your appointment. Gabby has also been a great addition to the staff. She works at the front desk scheduling appointments as well as doing a host of other things. She is always very helpful when I need to altar my scheduled appointment and always fits me in when needed. I would recommend coming here for all your dental needs!

Highly recommend North Shore Family Dentistry . I hate going to the dentist , but they made it almost enjoyable . Holly is super friendly funny , and gentle with her cleanings . Dr nguyen did my fillings , I couldn’t believe how easy it was . Gabby helped me when I was having issues trying to schedule appointments . All in all a great team and great office .

The front desk staff was very friendly. I’ve been seeing Holly for 10+ years. She’s extremely knowledgeable on dental health and does a very well job with cleanings. I always leave satisfied. I can’t wait to be back for my next cleaning.
