What a wonderful dentist office!! Entire staff so happy and genuine. Office easy to get to - easy parking. My husband and I had been with our previous dentist for 10 years & they no longer take our dental ins. North Scottsdale Dental immediately confirmed we have found our new forever dentist office!! Fantastic staff - friendly, kind and so welcoming!! I was greeted by Penny as soon as I walked in. Penny offered me a bottle of water for our hot AZ weather. My new dental hygienist Lauren was very thorough from X-rays, photos & a great cleaning. Dr Brandon stopped in to introduce himself and recommended concerns. Ashley, the Billing Mgr, energetic, well informed & eager to assist. She was happy to answer any questions about billing. Earlier this yr I went to an eye specialist twice and they could have cared less to greet me / etc. I was just another number.. North Scottsdale Dental made an amazing first impression to my husband & I today. We look forward to continuing our dental cleanings / needs at North Scottsdale Dental!

First time getting a deep cleaning and Ellen is new there. She was very kind, thoroughly explained the procedure and shared some reccomdations for some other ailments I have . I highly recommend Ashley and the office staff too for following up and billing questions. I never have to wait very long for my appointments with the Dentist. I'm a new patient since changing my insurance and I'm glad I chose this practice

I have recently switched Dentist since I moved to a different area. The care i have received at North Scottsdale Dental has been above and beyond my expectations. The staff and Dr. Kroll have met my needs for Dental care. I appreciate all of you!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kroll for 10 years. I have always received a professional and expert care. Everybody in the office is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They greet me with a big smile, especially Penny in the front office and make me feel welcome.

I recently moved into the area from out of state. I needed to find a dentist and North Scottsdale Dental was listed in my insurance plan's network. After my first visit I can say I am happy with my experience. Dr. Kroll and his staff (Penny, Ashley, Joan, and Lauren) were very welcoming and they provide a good environment for their patients. The facilities are pretty modern and advanced as dental technology goes. The photographs taken for a dental baseline helped me become better informed about my dental health. The cleaning was very thorough. The hygienists and assistants are very skilled. I feel I made the right choice with Dr. Kroll and will be returning here for my dental needs.
