Tooth extraction and membrane placement for bone graft implant. Went in begrudgingly for a tooth that had decayed. Explained that I am uncomfortable, but I need help. Front desk ladies were super friendly and informative about my insurance and how the exams work. Taylor my dental assistant was a such a sweetheart and patiently explained the process that Dr. Ross advised we take. She answered all my questions and even provided anecdotal examples of her own experience for post treatment care. Dr Ross was great. She made me feel very comfortable and confident. She made sure I had no pain and calmly helped me breathe through the anxiety of it all. She was especially fast and efficient-which was great. In 38 years of living this was the first time I haven’t been terrified or upset after a dental visit. The hygienist was great too. I told her I have zero clue about how to take care of my teeth and she was MORE than happy to explain to me best practices as she very thoroughly took care to clean each one of my teeth. My initial quoted price ended up going down significantly too. I use Principal insurance through work so maybe something happened there, but I’m chalking it up to the North Ranch team being so fabulous. 10/10 would recommend. Edit: I may have Taylor’s name wrong. Regardless, the dental assistants are great too!

10/24/24 I'm writing this post because I have had so much pain visiting this dental office. I first went to this office because I developed an infection in my gum of a bridge that I had put in about 25 years ago by a dentist from Ghana Africa. She did a good job. When I visited this clinic I agreed to have the tooth pulled and have a bigger bridge replace it. I should have just had the dentist give me antibiotics and see how that worked. Well, they pulled the infected tooth out, it was so painful I complained but the dentist said I was a little too sensitive. They put cold air and water on a newly exposed nerve and It hurt. The dental assistant kept dropping the temp. Bridge in my mouth and I had to gag to keep it from going down my throat. Finally when they put the perm bridge on, I had to come back in a couple months because the bridge did not reach my gum and it caught food all the time. It also felt unstable when I chewed on it. When I saw the dentist about it he said they would replace the bridge, no charge to me. I think he saw the mistakes they made. I had sooo much pain for 2 weeks while I waited for the perm bridge. The dental assistant. X rayed me 10 times and she and the dentist buffed down my bottom tooth because they said it was ragged and worn. I've never heard of that. It had nothing to do with my top bridge. I asked them wouldn't that expose my tooth to decay more easily, they said no more than usual. I'm posting this because I'm angry I didn't stop her from all those x rays and I'm angry I had to go through so much pain. I'll more than likely be looking for another dentist. I hope I don't have any trouble with this new bridge. My old bridge lasted over 25 years and the other one is still doing well, that I had put in at the same time over 25 years ago

Going to the dentist is my least favorite, but North Ranch Dental makes it as comfortable as can be. They have great service from the time you are met at receptionist to the end . I greatly appreciate how they make you aware of everything they are doing to you before they actually do anything. I’m glad I found them.

Super team. Worked with my vertigo. Gave me extra information for care. Generally care about their patients. The office all happy and all willing to help and they look at when you arrive and greet you by name. The are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you all. Karyn Klinefelter

Dr Ross is the greatest dentist ever. Plus the team at North Ranch Dental Care are all absolutely amazing. You’re going to get great service from anyone of the team members you deal with. This is the only place I’ll be using in the future for all my dental care.

Im not a fan of going to the dentist, I get anxiety being at the dentist, but I didn’t have much anxiety coming here ! The hygienist is super sweet. She makes you feel very comfortable. See you guys soon
