North Powers Dental Implants & Specialists

I went in for a tooth extraction and it went very well. I think Dr. Strong did a fine job. The follow up visits with the lower denture adjustments has not gone as well. When I voiced my concerns I was treated rudely by her and her assistant. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I hope their next patient has a better experience.

I had an abscess that had been growing on one of my front teeth for 4 years without my knowledge. I'd had two root canals and crowns placed 4 years ago by a different dentist. Dr. Pickett took great care of my smile. He showed me my options and very clearly explained what could happen with each. I chose to have my tooth removed and get an implant. He was careful with the implant and took the time necessary to make sure it succeeded. He made sure that the lab gave me as close to a perfect match to my tooth as possible. I had very little pain from the whole procedure. My smile looks great! Thank you!

I consistently have had incredible care with North Powers Modern Dentistry. I have loved being a patient of Dr. Strong, Dr. Pickett, and now Mary the hygienist. I used to be terrified of the dentist, and now I’m fully comfortable seeing any of the people I mentioned above. Not only are they top notch, their teams are equally as amazing. I always feel like my best interest is in mind. As someone who is currently working on rehabilitative care for neglected teeth, it’s important to trust the team. I want to mention, too: Anytime I’ve had any problems my team is ON IT. I know I can call at anytime to clear up concerns about not just the work being done but the financing as well. Dr Pickett and the entire staff went above and beyond to make this experience amazing!! From financing to the speedy appointments, checking in after the procedure, and even staying on hold with my dentist in Texas to make sure they could give me the proper treatment plan. I have truly found my dental office here in the Springs and would recommend them to everyone I speak with! Thanks

I’m really not happy with my service. My crown is loose. I had the procedure a few months ago. They didn’t file my tooth correctly. My tooth still hurts after my root canal. I’ve had root canal’s before this was definitely my worst experience.

Dr. Pickett, Lori and Jessica (his team )are simply exemplary. If there were more than five stars , I’d rate them higher than 5 stars. I’m very happy. I loved the climate in the office especially. They work well together and you get the feeling they care about me but each other. Perfect climate in his office!
