I came in with a referral for an initial evaluation on a newly crowned tooth that I was experiencing pain from for 6 weeks. The front staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Schellenberg were all very professional beyond my expectations. I had X-rays, a cold test, and exam and all of my questions answered quickly and informatively. I have high anxiety with dental work but they were prompt and made me feel very comfortable. I ended up needing a root canal and they gave me the option of doing the procedure the same day since they had time. I decided to go ahead with it and it was painless and quick. From my appointment check in time 8:20am to when I walked out the door at about 9:45am. I was honestly blown away by my experience. After about a week of healing I can now proudly say that I have zero pain in the crowned tooth. Keep being so great y’all!!

Actually made a complex root canal a good experience. I was very nervous and apprehensive about having the procedure but that subsided soon after arriving. They got me an appointment really fast! The staff were professional and knowledgeable. Dr Wilkinson explained everything using the images taken. Surprisingly, there was very little discomfort during the injections and no pain during the procedure. He was thorough, ensuring he had a good result using images. Definitely recommend North Pointe.

I’ve had two root canal retreats at this facility ten years apart. The service, cost and treatments have only improved! My retreat was Friday around noon. I was at my son’s football game by 9pm and not even taking OTC pain meds. My mouth/tooth feels almost 100% healed and the swelling was so minor. They have a gift! Would 100% recommend to my friends & family if you need endo care.

Quick and straight to point, definitely recommend. Only felt a slight bit of pain on my root canal but other than that, they know what they are doing very knowledgeable.

I can not believe I just had a root canal an hour ago, it took me longer to drive to the office than the service took. No pain at all during service. Everything I didn’t expect in the BEST way. I also really enjoyed visiting with the dental assistant, it’s refreshing in these times to meet someone that’s just…authentic. 10 out of 10 experience
