North Cumming Dentistry

Basically if you have 2-3 hours to wait, this is a good dentistry. If you don’t have HOURS to wait around, go somewhere else! The dentist himself is very nice and has great attitude and apologizes each time for the wait. But it can only go so far EACH TIME. The woman up front who does the scheduling and call taking, is just off-rude and not the best up-lifting attitude at all. His assistant that does the X-rays is slightly passive aggressive like. And seems to have the same attitude as the lady up front. The receptionist.. last time I came here 6 months ago I waited OVER 2 hours Almost 3 !!! — no privacy either! You can hear every THING! Next to you! The lady next to me went on vacation to Disney World and just got back and the dentist said he was scared of Mickey Mouse. She’s the owner or manager of Mellow Mushroom.. she said it’s a national chain. Woopty doo! The cabinet has the x ray machine in it. So the doors are wide open when you have your x rays done. When they finally do them that is. No privacy! They saw another person BEFORE ME and they literally forgot about me! I had to get up and go to the front and ask why was that patient being seen and not me? They literally didn’t have an answer for me and asked me to go sit back down. Didn’t get no free toothbrush nor toothpaste and also no discount PERIOD! You don’t get a goody bag -NOTHING. That’s the LEAST you could do, but not here!! This is my third and LAST time. I was on time today, got here for my appointment at 9:30am, and it’s 10:05am still waiting and nothing is done. There’s also 2 people ahead of me still! Insane! I even asked the scheduler when I made the appointment to please make sure SHE doesn’t double up on scheduling or anything because I take time out of my life and jobs and chose this place to come here instead of this other place every one else around me has recommended. And guess what? IM STILL WAITING ! I do NOT recommend this place! How do you expect to keep a good business running and good customer satisfaction? You won’t find that here! Pictures show how open it is and there’s no doors or anything it’s the small hallway (hallway seems long in photos but mid way down is where you enter and exit) and you can also hear the lady who went to Disney making her appointment for next time.

I love this place! Dr M was very thorough explaining what treatment I needed and nothing more. Other dentists have tried to over diagnose me with unnecessary procedures but Dr M gave me options to minimize my expense and prioritize treating only what was needed. You may have to wait a little long but it’s worth it to me to have an honest dentist. I have recommended N Cumming Dentistry to all my family and friends. His staff members are all knowledgeable and helpful at trying to get their patients in as soon as possible.

Absolutely love this place! Our front end receptionist Michelle is absolutely amazing! She’s very thorough and to the point. She knows what she’s doing.?? Dr. M is so comfortable to be around! He’s very thorough and does a fantastic job! I feel like family here!?

The dentist is the greatest I have ever had and Michelle his receptionist is the most efficient and knowledgeable I have ever seen. I had a lot of work done on my teeth and always great. Most of all they are so friendly. I have been seeing them for 5 years and I just love it AWSOME ON EVERY ASPECT

Went here, as it was the only location I could find that took my insurance. The front desk staff was VERY friendly and welcoming, but the building needs a complete renovation, forms are still on paper (asked for my pager number) and the facility was old and had ripped furniture. My cleaning was scheduled for 3. At 3:30 I was advised the dentist does the cleanings (no hygienists) and he had another patient in front of me. Would be at least 20 more minutes. I walked out... The dentist himself has great reviews.. seems like he needs help and investments in his practice. I hope he makes them.
