Dr. Tori made me feel really comfortable, especially as we just moved here! She was great with my elementary aged daughters. She did a great job with all their dental work especially their crowns and fillings they needed. Heidi assisted her so well. My girls loved the prize box! Carolina and Amanda at the front desk were so helpful with scheduling appointments. We’ll be back!

I have had the best experience while seeking assistance for alignment issues. From the start, everyone was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service. My options were explained to me so I felt as if I made the best and most cost-effective decision for me. Additionally, there have always been options that meet my schedule for follow up appointments.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received for my great granddaughter on Monday, June 17, 2024. The staff showed compassion for Nadja, 3 years old and non cooperative. They were professional and extremely patient. I’m in disbelief of how they were able to provide the exam and plan of services needed to get her back on track. I love these ladies

My daughter had a visit with NC Oral Surgery Orthodontics of Cary NC. Our dental assistant was Miss Heidi. She was absolutely AWESOME. She made sure my child was comfortable, briefed my husband & I on the details of the procedure from financial to the very last step of the process. I loved the way she spoke with my 7 year old about the procedure and each step as they occurred. Heidi is so professional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. Thanks Heidi!! You made a nervous mom feel at ease.

Clean environment with very friendly staff. Highly recommend Aaliyah and Dr. Tori. They walked my child through each step and my child's anxiety was lowered and had a good appointment.

We are a military family, and were seeing a local family dentist in Greenville who suggested referring my 8 year old out to a pediatric dentist, given how wiggly he is. He needed several cavities filled, and I couldn’t recommend Dr. Tori and her team enough!! We travel an hour and a half to go to this dentist and I am happy to do it for the care and compassion my child receives. They’re so patient with kids, take their time, and really know how to get on a kids level to make them feel safe and comfortable. Very happy with our experiences thus far and so very thankful we found this practice!

Just had a wonderful visit to Lane and Associates st Charles branch, children’s surgery. The team, from the receptionist to the doctor, was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend their friendly and caring environment!
