I have been with this dentist for many years and I really love her and her personality, but unfortunately was charged for services that weren't covered by insurance. If something is not covered by insurance, the dentist & hygienist need to ask the patient before providing services not covered. In the past, I was also charged over and above what the insurance paid. I have excellent insurance and they did remove the extra cost after I contacted billing. Unfortunately, these incidences have happened before and so we may have to seek dental care elsewhere.

New patient with serious condition. I was very pleased with my whole experience. The entire staff was kind and compassionate. The Dr carefully explained the findings in detail and let me know my treatment options. Walked out feeling positive!

I take my 98 year old mother in law here and they are great! Thorough and very patient with her.
