Dr Bienstock and staff are wonderful! You will never find another dentist who is better than Dr Bienstock! She is the sweetest person who genuinely cares for her patients and she always takes excellent care of all 3 of my boys. We drive 40 minutes to see her, EACH WAY, that’s how much we love her. My kids won’t go to any other dentist!

Took my toddler in for his first dental visit. Our experience at this office was absolutely amazing! The office was clean and had a kid's section with toys for him to play with. The front staff were very friendly and welcoming; Dr Allie and the dental assistants were gentle and courteous. Will definitely be back, I highly recommend this pediatric dentistry for your kiddos.

We will not take our kids anywhere else! This is the absolute best office, best team, and the best costumer service. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable they balance that out with a friendly and welcoming environment. They are so amazing with both of our children with special needs extremely patient and understanding. I would recommend this office and This dentist to everyone!!!!! Every time we are asks for a pediatric dentists as referrals I always give this Dr. Lisa’s information. Thank you for taking care of our most precious gifts as if they are yours. We have so so many appointments and clinics weekly from Phoenix children’s hospital, physical therapies , occupational therapies, feeding clinics and this is not only not a hassle for us but it’s enjoyable to see people who care about what they do and the families they have a partnership with. I’m so glad that something that can be so scary for kids (especially for ones like my younger son who is nonverbal) has been such a positive experience!!!! Thank you to DR. Lisa and her staff for always taking care of us and putting our needs first!!!!!

Wow. We were just passing through town in our RV, and my son had cavities that needed to be addressed. Dr. Allie not only squeezed us into her schedule, but quickly, efficiently, effectively, and gently made my son’s fears and cavities dissipate. I had all four of my boys with me, and they were all treated well by all the staff. They even fit in my other son for a quick ortho consult! Amazing organization and courtesy! We will definitely return next time we are near Phoenix!

Such an awesome experience here. Dr. Ally is such a joy, and even though it was our first visit, she treated us as if she’d known us forever. We had had a not-so-good dentist experience before this and I can’t understate how much we appreciated her and her teams’s kindness and competency. She more than made our day; she changed my son’s whole idea of what visiting the dentist should look like, which is priceless! We were able to do the whole visit together and the staff talks to the kids with respect and compassion. Thank you Norterra Kids! Highly recommend. Edited to add: We brought our other child there for a whole second experience, and it was just as great as the first. Dr. Ally even remembered us, with all the patients she sees. This place is a desert gem!
