The best customer service!!! When I told her how horrible I was treated at their other office she stayed on the phone with me for about 30 min so that we could go over the mistake and come up with a solution to assist me. The patient ie: the customer. Was very empathetic and understanding. Thank you so much Marzy you are the best!!

My experience at this office was great for being a first timer as an adult. Like most people, I get some anxiety about going to the dentist. I was very pleased with the office service and staff. The assistants made my visit so much better than what I expected to be. Dr. Trinh was incredible!! They were very gentle and explained each procedure that would be getting done which made everything 10 x's better for my nerves. . This office is impeccable. I will be referring all my acquaintances here from now and on. THANKS GUYS!!!! :)

Amazing dentist and hygienist, made everything easy and explained everything being done to my teeth along the way. The entire staff here is amazing, I have been searching for a good dentist in the Las Vegas area for a while now and finally found one I can stay with and trust with my teeth.

No water in the sink, bad and arrogant receptionist and refused to treat patient for what they want. Meaning my insurance cover 100 % cleaning and i ask them to do my cleaning and they set me up for different cleaning and ask me to pay more or extra and when i said just to do what the insurance cover the receptionist denied my request.

First time in this dental office loved it staff is very nice front desk are friendly and they help me a lot dr kern is Really nice doctor!.. he explained every details on my dental work, I recommend Family Dental 100%
