Very satisfied with the service i received. From start to finish. They were friendly, quick, and more than accommodating. They scheduled me the next day for a root canal and crown, I got signed in and called back in what seemed like 10 minutes. I like that the techs introduced themselves and explained what they were doing. They even offered me a blanket which i really appreciated because it was quite chilly. I was fortunate enough to get Dr. Kitchen who had a great attitude, showed concern and displayed competence in her field as she was teaching others in the process. They played music of my choice. They worked well together and checked on me throughout the procedure. Needless to say it was an enjoyable experience. Awesome job ladies. It was a pleasure. I highly recommend!

This was my first time going to Night and Day Dental. The office was very clean and their equipment was up to date! The staff were very friendly, service was quick and efficient.

I want to thank Dr. Row kitchen for an awesome job her personality her charisma. Her smile she’s the best !! I used to be scared to go to the dentist, but since I met her, she makes me feel real comfortable. I’ve never felt so comfortable in my life with a dentistry before until I met Dr. Ketcham, and all my friends and family know about her to please go by Day & Night dentistry and ask about her. RUN, I mean RUN away from this place. I submitted my insurance information twice—once when booking the appointment and again while filling out the paperwork—but when I arrived, they still hadn't processed it. They assured me my insurance would fully cover the x-rays and evaluation that day, and I wouldn’t incur any charges. I went in for a cleaning, but no one told me I’d need an evaluation first and would have to wait two months for the actual cleaning. I received a bill for $275. When I called, it was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when I finally did, they still hadn't filed my insurance. They assured me again that it was covered. A month later, I got another bill—this time for $115—and I still haven't even had my cleaning and can’t reach anyone on the phone! All they did was take x-rays and tell me I had no cavities. I've never been charged this much at a dentist, especially for routine care that my insurance was supposed to cover. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone to resolve it. Do yourself a favor—avoid this place and save your wallet!

I recently visited Dr. R, Kitchen, ( 3rd time ) for a routine dental check-up and was extremely impressed with the care and attention that her and her team provided. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable in their office. Dr.R. Kitchen was really attentive to my worries and went the extra mile to explain every detail related to my examination results. Thank you

Worst Dental experience I have ever had!!! Made a mess of the first pair of Dentures made. My appointment was at 8am. for remakes. Didn't get called back until 8:20 waited for Dr another 20 mins then Dr comes in and equipment he was supposed to use didn't work. Wanted me to sit and wait for equipment to get fixed. I spent an hour in this Office and nothing got done. I could go on and on about this Office's incompetents but I don't have the time to list them all. Don't go to this Dental Office New Bern Ave Raleigh NC

Went to Night & Day dental yesterday (11/19/24) I had to have several procedures done! Dr Tellez and his assistant Whitney were absolutely fantastic!! Very professional and caring how I was feeling throughout my surgery yesterday!! Very happy with the level of care and service I received yesterday!! I MOST definitely owe a big thank you to Christie/Kristie in billing for understanding and helping me plan my corrected plan of care to help get my smile back!! These professionals are top TIER in my book!!!
